Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the
competition, participants accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. The competition is known as Win Flights to New Zealand Competition.
3. Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and above. The entrant must enter online and
agree to receive email information from the Promoter
www.zuji.com.au. The entrant’s entry will be
deemed void and ineligible where it does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions. Federal,
state and local laws and regulations may be applicable. Officers, employees and immediate families of
the promoter, ZUJI, companies within the ZUJI group and agencies associated with this promotion are
ineligible to enter.
4. The competition runs from Monday 4 March 2013 until Tuesday 2 April 2013 and there will be three
draw dates: Tuesday 19 March 2013 (Prize 1), Tuesday 26 March 2013 (Prize 2) and Tuesday 2 April
2013 (Prize 3).
5. The closing date of entries for Prize 1 is Monday 18 March 11:59 pm (EST).
6. The closing date of entries for Prize 2 is Monday 25 March 11:59 pm (EST).
7. The closing date of entries for Prize 3 is Monday 1 April 11:59 pm (EST).
8. A random draw will be conducted after the close of each draw date, from among all eligible entries
received. An entrant is eligible for one entry only. An eligible entry has equal odds of winning.
9. The decision of the Promoter or its officers, employees, agents or representatives on all disputes or
queries regarding this contest is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
10. The draw for Prize 1 will be conducted on Tuesday 19 March 2013 in New South Wales, Australia, Level

11. The draw for Prize 2 will be conducted on Tuesday 26 March 2013 in New South Wales, Australia, Level

12. The draw for Prize 3 will be conducted on Tuesday 2 April 2013 in New South Wales, Australia, Level 9,

13. The Promoter in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify the rules and terms, make prize
substitutions or cancel this competition without notice in accordance to state legislation. The Promoter
is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries, howsoever caused, or for entries received after
the deadline as a consequence of internet service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads.
14. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual they find to be
tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or any of the Promoter’s websites
(“Websites”), in violation of the Terms of Use of the Web sites, or acting in violation of these Terms and
Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has
undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to this contest or the Web sites.
15. The Promoter does not make any warranties or representations whatsoever regarding the prize and

or liable for any costs, damages, claims, demands or liability incurred by the entrant or any third party
relating to or resulting from this contest, including but not limited to injury or damage to an entrant’s or

16. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person who submitted an online entry, the entry
will be deemed submitted by the authorised account holder of the email account.
17. The winning prizes includes:
3 x 2 return economy tickets to the winner’s choice of Auckland, Christchurch or Wellington flying
Air New Zealand, from the winner's closest Air New Zealand Australian departure point, inclusive of
tax.
Total value of prizes is $4,800.
18. All accommodation, meals, visas, spending money, transfers to and from departure and arrival points,
taxes, insurance, vaccination and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner (and his or
her companion). For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any item, service,
cost, claims or matter not expressly stated to be included in the prize, howsoever the same may arise.
19. Bookings must be made by 31 May 2013. The trip taken between 19 March 2013 and 30 June 2013 and
all travel must be completed by 30 June 2013. The winner (and his or her companion) must go on the
trip between these dates and there will be no changes for check-in dates. Prizes are subject to the
terms and conditions of participating service providers or any other terms and conditions that may be
notified from time to time.
20. Frequent Flyer points are not applicable, baggage allowance is reflected on winners’ e‐ticket.
21. The airline ticket cannot be transferred to another person, nor upgraded, nor exchanged or sold for
cash.
22. Passengers must travel together throughout the entire journey.
23. Please ensure that your passport has a minimum validity of six months before travelling.
24. The prize is not redeemable for cash or any other item, neither exchangeable nor transferable.
25. Once the prize has been booked no cancellation or amendments can be made, except at the winners
own expense, if applicable.
26. Once flights have been booked and flight tickets are issued the winner is responsible for any costs
associated with subsequent itinerary changes, cancellations, amendments or other administration
charges.
27. By entering, the entrant agrees that the Promoter, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries,
advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, and employees shall not be
liable for injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this promotion or from the
acceptance or use/misuse of the prize awarded (including any travel related thereto). This includes,
without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights,
defamation, or invasion of privacy.
28. By entering, the entrant further agrees that the Promoter may use any information collected in respect
