Eligible participants can enter by:

www.themensshop.com.au/Competition (Minisite) and submitting their email address to be subscribed to Promoter’s email newsletters and remaining subscribed at the time of the competition draw which will be held on 3 April 2013; or
visiting the Minisite and referring another unique, as yet unsubscribed third party participant by email. The third party participant must subsequently submit their email address to be subscribed to Promoter’s email newsletters; or
completing a purchase on
www.themensshop.com.au during the competition period;
Incomplete or unintelligible entries will be deemed invalid and will be excluded. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
The competition commences 6 March 2013 at 11:00 am AEDT and
closes 31 March 2013 at 11:59 pm AEDT. The prize winners will be chosen on 3 April 2013 at 11:30 am AEDT at 3-7 McPherson St, Banksmeadow NSW 2019.
The draw is electronically conducted by a computer program, which randomly selects an email address from the list of entrants.
The promoter’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who appears to have tampered with the entry process, who participates in a manner not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry or who has, in the opinion of the promoter, engaged in conduct which is or may be fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promoter.
The winners will be notified by email and their names will be published online at
http://facebook.com/themensshop/ and in THE AUSTRALIAN newspaper on or before 5 April 2013. The promoter might also contact the winners by telephone.
There is one (1) major prize to be won, consisting of a Deus Ex Machina custom bicycle valued at $2,000 AUD.
There are twenty (20) runner up prizes to be won, and will be drawn in the following order:
one (1) 3 hour Jeff Lack Men’s styling session valued at $990 AUD plus return flights to Sydney for one person from the nearest Australian capital city to a maximum value of $1,100 AUD. This prize is transferrable on request, with the consent of the Promoter;

Total prize pool is valued at $5,834.25 AUD. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at the time of printing. The promoter is not responsible or liable for any change in the value of the prize occurring between the date of publishing these terms and conditions and the date the prize is claimed.
If any prize is unclaimed, or unable to be claimed by 3 July 2013 at 4pm, and the winner cannot be contacted, a redraw will occur on this day at the same time and place as the first draw. In the event of a redraw occurring, the winner will be notified and advertised as described above on or by 5 July 2013.
Purchases using the prize vouchers must be completed before 31 May 2013, and will be processed by a customer sales representative for TheMensShop.com.au. For any prizes which include air travel as a prize component, these flights must be booked within 6 months of the competition end date. All out of pocket expenses associated with the air travel, additional or alternate accommodation, spending money, meals, insurance, passports, visas, excess baggage charges, transport to and from the departure point, airport transfers, and all other ancillary costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.
For the runner up prize of one (1) 3 hour Jeff Lack styling session, the winner must contact the Promoter’s customer service team to organise a date for styling session, subject to Jeff Lack’s availability. The session will be conducted at the Promoter’s Head Office location. The Promoter will provide all details to the winner to facilitate this.
If a prize winner fails to comply with these conditions for whatever reason, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute or cash will be offered in lieu of the prize.
All out of pocket expenses, taxes (other than airport taxes), insurance, and all other ancillary costs not otherwise listed are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the winner accepting the prize. Independent advice should be sought.
All prize winners must be at least 18 years of age at the time of prize redemption.
Unless otherwise stated, prizes (and any unused portion of the prize) are not transferable, negotiable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

All entrants and guests consent that the promoter may use the entrant’s or guests name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (and including photograph, film and any recordings) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome) and promoting any products manufactured, distributed or supplied by the promoter.
The promoter reserves the right to request the winners to provide proof of identity, age and/or residency at the nominated prize delivery address in order to claim the prize.
