“Have A Crack” Easter Competition
HOW TO ENTER
To be eligible to enter, individuals must log onto

"Like" then follow the prompts as directed to the competition entry page, input the
requested details and submit the fully completed entry form during the promotional period.
If individuals already ‘Like’ the Facebook page, they are still eligible to enter, provided they
follow the prompts as directed above to the competition entry page and input all the
requested details and submit during the promotional period.
GAMEPLAY
In the Woolworths Have A Crack Easter Facebook Game, 24 Easter eggs are displayed on the
screen. The objective for all entrants is to click or tap on pairs of eggs to crack them open.
On each turn, entrants will first crack one egg, then a second. If the contents of the two eggs
match, the entrant gains one entry into the Major Prize draw. If the contents do not match,
the eggs will automatically recompose. All entrants are given three (3) turns to try and
match up to three (3) pairs of eggs per day for the duration of the promotional period.
At the end of their three (3) turns, entrants will be asked to enter their personal details
(including: their first name, last name, address, suburb, state and email address) into the
entry form and submit it. The entry form is only displayed the first time a user enters the
Woolworths Easter Cracking Egg Facebook Game.
Entries into the draw are considered valid only once the entry form has been submitted.
Submitting the entry form grants users an extra entry into the final Prize draw, regardless of
how many Easter Eggs they have paired.
The fully completed entry form must be submitted between the promotion period of
09:00am AEDST Monday 13/03/2013 and 11:59pm AEDST Sunday 26/03/2013.

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents from Australia, (excluding South Australia) aged 13 years and
over only. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their
parent or legal guardian, on the winner’s behalf. Residents of South Australia must be
over the age of 25 and hold a current drivers licence to be eligible to enter. Directors,

with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and
entrants (including an entrant's identity, age, Woolworth’s employment status and
place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in
accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a
waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
4. Entries are limited to one per person per day. The Promoter accepts no responsibility
for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed
void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
5. Promotion commences 9:00am AEDST 13/03/2013 and closes at 11:59pm AEDST

Return economy class flights from winners nearest Australian state capital city to
Hobart for 4 people (Adults) including taxes and checked luggage, Return airport to
hotel transfers for 4 people (Adults), Economy size car hire for duration of stay
including taxes and fees (NB: Min driver age 25yrs and standard terms and conditions
apply for the use of the hire car and may be subject to change. The terms and
conditions which apply to the use of the hire car at the time they are issued to the
winner will prevail over these Terms and Conditions to the extent of any inconsistency,
3 nights accommodation at in Hobart at Hatcher’s Manor, a 100 acre working animal

Entrance to Cadbury Chocolate Factory (Mon – Fri Only) for 4 people (Adults.)
The Major prize is valued at $4,500.00 AUD.7. In the instance the major prize winner drawn is from Tasmania, the return class
economy flights, car hire and airport transfers component of the Major Prize will be
substituted for a Peppermint Bay Cruise aboard a luxury Catamaran on the VIP Captains
Upper Deck and Gourmet lunch to equal value. Prize is subject to availability at time of
booking and the cruise does not operate during the month of July. If the prize is
unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize
for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory
authority.
8. Travel must be booked within two (2) months of winner notification and is valid for a
twelve (12) month period.
Flights times, transfers and hotel accommodation are subject to availability, and these
dates and times may vary accordingly. Flights, transfers and hotel bookings cannot be
changed once the booking is made.
Air tickets are available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are subject
to seasonal embargos. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airlines
departure city and their current flight schedule. Frequent flyer points are not available
from any airline.
A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the
hotel, for all incidental charges.
The winner and their companions are responsible for all other expenses including but
not exclusive to spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers, laundry
charges, in-room charges, optional excursions whilst on holiday, items of a personal
nature, incidentals, taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes
included within the prize), mini-bar, in-room movies, entertainment, energy surcharges,
gratuities, services charges, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs. Travel
insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the
event of unforeseen circumstances.
9. If for any reason the winner is unable to redeem the Major Prize during the twelve (12)
month period, the prize will be forfeited and there will be no compensation. In the event
that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the
time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the
winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
10. If the winner lives within Tasmania, they will be responsible for their own transport to
and from the meeting points for the activities included in the prize. Tasmanian residents
will not receive flights or airport transfers or as part of the prize, and will not be entitled
to compensation for this element of the prize.11. Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of publishing
(inclusive of GST). The promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value
between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
12. A Minor Prize will be awarded to the first valid entry received at each winning time.
The winners will be notified immediately that they are a winner with an instant win
message and a pop up box on the screen prompting winners to enter their contact
details to receive their prize (name, address, phone number and email). The winner
must complete their full contact details in order to receive their prize. Failure to
complete the form correctly as directed, will result in their entry to be deemed invalid.
Minor Prize Winners will also be automatically entered in the draw to win the Major
Prize.
Once the entry form is completed, entrants will be prompted to share the competition
with their friends. Share URLs are unique per each entrant, and for every friend that
enters the competition through a Shared URL, the referrer gains one (1) extra entry
into the draw. Additional entries gained through friends referrals are capped to 10
(ten) throughout the competition entry period.
13. The Major Prize will be drawn at 10:00am AEDST on 27/03/2013 at Level 4, 68
Wentworth Avenue, Surry Hills, NSW 2010, All valid entries received within the
Promotional Period will be entered into the Major Prize draw.
14. The major prize winner will be notified in writing within 2 business days of the draw
and winner details published on the promoter’s website at
www.woolworths.com.auand in The Australian newspaper on 03/04/13.
15. The Minor Prize winners will be will be published on the Woolworths website at
www.woolworths.com.au on 03/04/2013.
16. Total prize pool is maximum RRP $9,500.00 AUD. The prize pool value is the total of:
- 152 x Woolworths Gift Cards to the value of $5,000.00 AUD
And:
- 1 x Tasmanian holiday package valued at $4,500.00 AUD.
17. The prizes are offered ‘as is’ and may not be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for
cash.
18. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of
the Promoter and its agencies, the Promoter at its discretion, reserves the right to
substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or
specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
20. If necessary, the promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and
place as the original draw on the 28/06/13 (being at least 3 months after the date of the
last draw) in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. All non-winning entries will be
included in the unclaimed prize draw. In the event of any winners in the unclaimed prize
draw, Minor winners, if any, will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the unclaimed prize draw and their names will also be published on
www.woolworths.com.au. Any unclaimed Major prize winner will be notified in writing
within two (2) business days of the unclaimed prize draw and their name published on
www.woolworths.com.au and in The Australian on 04/07/13.
21. All Minor Prizes will be sent to the winners via Australia Post within 28 days of the
Promotion Period end date. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that the
address is correct and that they can accept delivery of the prize. The Promoter will not
be responsible for lost prizes caused by incorrect addresses provided by the prize
winner. Woolworths accepts no responsibility for lost, misdirected or uncollected mail,
and undelivered prizes will not be replaced.
22. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent
permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions
from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as
appropriate.
23. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other
communications. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt in the
Promotional database and not time of transmission by the Entrant. Email is not a
guaranteed delivery communication tool. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for
any email messages not received. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure
to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a
