Entry is open to
residents of Australia who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
To enter, entrant must be a current Facebook subscriber and log onto the Tooheys Extra Dry Facebook page at
http://www.facebook.com/ 'Like' the page and complete and submit the online entry form (including their first name, last name, email address and phone number) during Entry Period including a response of 25 words or less about the best house party you have ever been to. Limit applies of one entry per person.
Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. Entries received after 22/04/13 will not be accepted.
The competition commences at 00.01 EDT on 18/03/13 and
closes at 23.59 EST on 22/04/13 (“Entry Period”).
This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity. The best two entries (for each Judging Round of the Entry Period), as determined by the judges, will each receive a prize. A total of ten (10) prizes will be awarded in total.
Judging will take place on five occasions during the Entry Period at 17.00 EST at 7/68 York Street, Sydney, New South Wales, 2000 as follows

Entries will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Entry Period, other than valid entries selected as winning entries in the previous Judging Round(s), are eligible in all Judging Rounds.
Prize consists of one Tooheys Extra Dry TV Cooler (RRP = $599.95).
Total RRP value of prizes = $5,999.50. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prizes will be delivered by post to winners within 28 days of the close of the Entry Period. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The judges’ decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion
In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winners will be notified by telephone and email within two days of the applicable Judging Round and their names published on
www.facebook.com/TooheysExtraDry.
If any prize remains unclaimed after 7 days of a winner being notified, the Promoter may deem that winner ineligible to receive the prize. In that event, the Promoter will reconvene the judges on at the same time and place as the Judging Rounds in order to distribute the unclaimed prize. The next most creative entry, in the discretion of the judges will receive the prize. The winner, if any, will be notified by telephone and in writing by email within two working days of the applicable rejudging date and their names published on
www.facebook.com/TooheysExtraDry.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or which cannot be excluded by law.
In participating in this promotion entrants are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
