TOYS”R”US ‘CHUGGINTON’ COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promotion commences 9.00am (AEST) on Monday 25 March 2013.
2. Entries close 5.00pm (AEST) on Tuesday 30 April 2013. Entries received after the closing date and time will be deemed invalid.
3. Information on how to enter form part of the Terms and Conditions. Participating in this promotion (“the Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
4. Entry is open to Australian residents; NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, WA SA who enter during the Promotional Period. All entries will be automatically subscribed to the Toys”R”Us VIP email database. Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter its agencies associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter the competition.
5. If you are aged under 18 years, you must seek the consent of your parent or legal guardian before entering this competition.
6. There is no cost to enter the competition via the entry form online.
7. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Entries will be individually judged and assessed by the Promoter’s panel of judges for their quality and creativity in answer to ‘Who is your favourite Chugginton Character and why?
8. Multiple entries are permitted and must be accompanied by a separate “25 words or less” story.

11. The draw will take place at the end of the Promotional Period on Wednesday 1 May 2013 at Toys”R”Us, Block G Commercial Drive, 391 Park Road, Regents Park NSW 2143.
12. The promoter will contact the prize winners via telephone within 5 business days of them named in the entry. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter.
13. The prize winners will have their details published on the Toys“R”Us website;
