Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only
open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
The promotion is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand.
The promotion commences at 12pm AEST, Thursday 28 March 2013 and
closes at 12pm AEST Wednesday 10 April 2013.There is only one entry per person permitted.
To enter the competition, participants must visit the promotion website at
www.wotif.com, during the promotion period (12pm AEST, Thursday 28 March 2013 and closes at 12pm AEST Wednesday 10 April 2013) enter their details: name, email address, telephone number, country, region, sign up to the Wotif.com newsletter and answer
in 25 words or less “If you had 13 days to travel where would you go and why?”All valid entries will be assessed and the most creative entries will be chosen by 12pm AEST, Thursday 18 April at 7 Baroona Road, Milton Qld 4064.
The first 13 valid entries judged to be the most creative will win one (1) AU$1,000 or one (1) NZ$1,000 Wotif.com accommodation voucher (Prize Voucher). The prize voucher currency will be determined by the winning entrants country of origin. The Prize Voucher can be redeemed in either AU$ or the NZ$ only.
Should any winner of the main draw be uncontactable, another winner will be chosen at 12pm AEST, Thursday 18 July at 7 Baroona Road, Milton Qld 4064.
The Prize Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and bookings made with the Prize Voucher are subject to availability at the time of booking.
The Prize Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash.
All Wotif.com Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Prize Voucher.
The maximum total value of the prize pool is valued up to AU$13,000.
The winner will be notified by email or phone within 2 days of the draw. The winner’s details will also be published at Wotif.com for a period of three months.
The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter’s decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
