“STAR TREK INTO DARKNESS” PROMOTION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Submission of an entry is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Australian residents aged 18 years or over are eligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. The competition commences on Monday 8th April 2013 at 13:00 (AEST) and c
loses at 13:00 (AEST) on Thursday, 23rd May 2013 ("Competition Period"). Entries are received at the time of receipt by the Promoter.
4. There are two means of entry into the Star Trek Into Darkness Promotion. To enter the Grand Prize draw entrants must go to the WWYD? Facebook tab on the Huawei Device Australia Facebook page. Entrants will then need to complete the What Would You Do? questionnaire and successfully register their details. Entrants can also enter into a daily prize draw. To enter, entrants must go to the WWYD? Facebook tab on the Huawei Device Australia Facebook page. Entrants will be required to submit their own “Moral Conundrum” in the entry field available and successfully register their details for a chance to win.
5. Entry is limited to once per person for the Grand Draw. An entrant can acquire additional entries into the draw through sharing with friends via email, Facebook or Twitter. One additional entry will be awarded for each share. The prize winner will be selected via random draw. Entrants can enter once daily into the daily prize draw.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

All elements are subject to availability at time of booking. Must be able to travel over time of premiere. Exact date of travel to be confirmed and subject to flight availability. Winner may be required to present credit card upon arrival to hotel for an incidentals. Winner must apply for ESTA visas and have valid passports for travel.
11. The Grand Prize competition will start on the 8th April and will end on the 30th April 2013 at 10:00 AM. The Grand Prize winner will be determined by random draw on the 30th April 2013 at 10:30AM. The draw will be conducted at Anisimoff Legal, Suite 3, Erina Plaza, 210 The Central Coast Highway, Erina NSW 2250. T
he grand prize winner will be notified by telephone and email and the name will be announced on the Huawei Facebook page on 30th April 2013 (valued at $10,000 AUD RRP).12. The promotion may conduct further rounds of selection, one day after the draw in order to award the Grand Prize if unclaimed. A redraw will be conducted at Anisimoff Legal, Suite 3, Erina Plaza, 210 The Central Coast Highway, Erina NSW 2250 on the 1st May 2013 at 10:30AM. The grand prize winner will be notified by telephone and email and the name will be announced on the Huawei Facebook page on 1st May 2013 (valued at $10,000 AUD RRP).
13. The premiere date is to be determined at Paramount Pictures’ discretion and is subject to availability. The winner must be available between 25th April and 16th May 2013 to attend the premiere. Winners will be notified of the premiere date and location a minimum of 3 days before departure if the winner is unable to make these dates they will forfeit the premiere element of the prize. Once the winner has been notified acceptance of the prize needs to be confirmed within 24 hours otherwise the prize is forfeited.
14. Daily Prizes:

100 pairs of 3D passes $4,600
1 Star Trek gaming chair $150
25 bluetooth speakers $2,12515. The daily prizes will be selected based on skill, and will be judged on the creativity of the response. Each of the runners-up prizes winners will be notified on the WWYD? Facebook tab from the 9th April 2013 to 23rd May 2013 and their names may be published on the Huawei WWYD? Facebook tab. Users will then be required to email their delivery address for their prize.
Total prize pool (including Grand Prize and Daily Prizes) is valued at $17,125AUD RRP.16. Incomplete or incorrect entrant details may render the entry invalid.
17. The validity or invalidity of any entry is at the Promoter's sole discretion.
18. As a condition of accepting the prize the winner will be required to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity form as required by the Promoter. If the winner fails to do so by the time stipulated by the Promoter their entry will be deemed invalid.
19. If for any reason the prize winner does not claim their prize within the time stipulated by the Promoter then the prize will be forfeited and the prize will be reallocated to the next randomly drawn entrant.
20. If for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter the competition is not capable of being conducted as anticipated the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.
21. No prize is transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
22. To the extent permitted by law the Promoter excludes all conditions, warranties and terms, implied by statute, general law or custom, excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including, without limitation, negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage or taxes (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss or profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition.
23. Each entrant consents to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), the Promoter and or products/services supplied by the Promoter.
24. The Promoter collects personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be found at

26. By entering this competition you agree to take due care to ensure your own safety and agree to indemnify Huawei against any loss, damage, cost or expenses (whether arising under statute, from negligence, personal injury, death, property damage, infringement of third party rights or otherwise) arising from or in connection with your participation in the competition.
27. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
