1.   Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of these terms & conditions of entry. Any entry not complying with these terms & conditions is invalid. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms & conditions.

   3.   The Facebook promotion commences at 9:00 (AEST time) on Monday 25 March 2013 and concludes at 00:00 (AEST time) on Tuesday 30th April 2013 ('Promotion Period').
   4.   Entry is only open to Australian residents 13 years of age or over who comply with the entry criteria in accordance with these terms and conditions. Directors and employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, participating agents and their agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of each entry. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person for tampering with the entry process.
   5.   To be eligible for entry, participants must:

   b.   Entrants must enter their email addresses.
   c.   Entrants agree that their email addresses will be used by Journie Handbags for marketing purposes.
   6.   The winner will be chosen at random and the result of the final draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The name of the prizewinner will be published on the Journie Handbags page
   7.   The maximum total value of the prize is up to AUD$250. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation of the value of the prize. If the prize winner does not accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited. Proof of identification, age and residence may be required in order to claim the prize.
   8.   The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The prize is not transferable to another person or exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed as cash, other goods and services or sold to a third party. Prizes that are unused will be forfeited and no compensation will be paid in lieu of that element of the prize.
   10.   The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Prize with a substitute Prize of equal or greater value and the Prize Winner will be notified accordingly.
   13.   Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
   14.   If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
   15.   Prize winners must, on request by the Promoter, be able to provide evidence which, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, demonstrates that the winner is an Eligible Entrant and has complied with these Terms and Conditions.

The name of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless a winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting their prize. All eligible entrants consent to the Promoter using information supplied as part of each entry for promotional purposes and facilitating the conduct of the promotion; including the entrants' first name, last name, email and contact phone number. The promoter will not release personal information collected such as phone number and email address.
