1. You must become and remain a fan of Nautilus Resort on Facebook for the length of the competition. To become a fan of Nautilus Resort click on 'like' on the Facebook page.
2. Prize is subject to availability. Not valid over school holidays, long weekends, peak periods or special events. Must be redeemed before 31 October 2013. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and variations are not allowed. Credit card security imprint required on check in.
3. By entering this competition you are in the running to win a 4 night stay in a 2 Bedroom Apartment for up to 4 people at Nautilus Resort Mooloolaba.
4. All entrants must remain as a Facebook Fan for the length of the promotion to be eligible to win. The winners will be chosen at random from the submitted entries. The prize draw will take place at the conclusion of the contest and the winner will be subject to confirmation before any announcement is made. If the prize winner cannot be contacted within 7 calendar days of the draw being conducted, then the person will be disqualified and a new winner will be selected.
5. Entries are limited to one per person. Any double entries will be removed from the prize draw and the entrant will be disqualified.
6. Entry is open to anyone who is a fan of Nautilus Resort on Facebook. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families together with agencies and/or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family refers to spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child and sibling.
7. Winners will be contacted by Wednesday 17th April 2013 and the details will be published on the Facebook Page by Thursday 18th April 2013.
8. Prize values mentioned in competitions are at the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of publishing. The promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of a prize occurring during the promotion.
9. The judges' decision is final in relation to any aspect of the competition and no correspondence will be entered into. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Winners are drawn randomly from the database of entries.
