The Mortgage Choice Chance to win $5,000 cash promotion commences at 9am AEST on 22/
01/13. All entries must be received by Mortgage Choice by 5pm AEST on 29/04/13. The draw
will be held at 4pm AEST on 30/04/13 at the office of Mortgage Choice. The name of the
winner will be published in The Australian on 03/05/13. There will be one draw and the first
valid entry will win. The promoter is Mortgage Choice Ltd at Level 10, 100 Pacific Highway,

TERMS AND CONDITIONS for the ‘YOUR CHANCE TO WIN $5,000 CASH!’ AUTUMN 2013 PROMOTION
1. The promotion is organised by Mortgage Choice Limited ABN 57 009 161 979 ('Mortgage
Choice') Level 10, 100 Pacific Highway, North Sydney, NSW 2060.
2. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these terms and conditions.
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Only one entry per person will
be accepted.
4. To enter, participants must make and attend an appointment to discuss their home loan with a
Mortgage Choice broker during the promotion period and complete the entry form provided by
the Mortgage Choice broker, or online at
www.mortgagechoice.com.au.
5. Paper-based entry forms can be posted, faxed or scanned then emailed to your Mortgage
Choice consultant. Your Mortgage Choice consultant can supply you with the postal address,
fax number or email address.
6. By entering the draw, the entrant acknowledges that they have read and understand and agree
to be bound by these terms and conditions.
7. Employees and their immediate families of Mortgage Choice and the agencies associated with
this promotion, Mortgage Choice franchisees, their employees and immediate families are
ineligible to enter.
8. The Autumn 2013 ‘Your chance to win $5,000 cash!’ promotion commences at 9am AEST on
22nd January 2013 and finishes at 5pm AEST on 29th April 2013. Entries received after this
time will not be valid.
9. The promotion consists of 1 prize draw with the first valid entry drawn as the Winner.
10. The Prize is a cheque for $5,000 Australian dollars.
11. The Winner should be aware that tax implications may arise as a result of claiming the Prize
and should seek independent financial advice prior to claiming the Prize.
12. The draw will take place at Mortgage Choice's office at Level 10, 100 Pacific Highway, North
Sydney, NSW 2060 at 4pm AEST on 30th April 2013. The winner will be notified by telephone
and confirmed by mail or email, and their name will be published in The Australian on 3rd May
2013.
13. The result of any draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
15. Should the Prize remain unclaimed, Mortgage Choice may conduct a second chance draw at
Level 10, 100 Pacific Highway, North Sydney, NSW 2060 at 4pm AEST on 30th August 2013,
subject to any directions given by any relevant State or Territory department or authority. The
Winner will be notified by telephone and confirmed by mail and will have their name published
in The Australian on 5th September 2013.
16. Mortgage Choice reserves the right to request a winner to provide proof of identity and proof
of entry validity. These proofs must be in a form suitable for verification by Mortgage Choice,
determined by Mortgage Choice in its absolute discretion. In the event that a winner cannot
provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be
offered.
17. All entries become the property of Mortgage Choice. Mortgage Choice may use the name,
address and other personal information provided by the entrant. All personal details of the
entrant will be stored at the office of Mortgage Choice. Mortgage Choice may require the
Winner to partake in any media exposure, including but not limited to promotional, marketing
and publicity activities without any further reference or payment or other compensation.
18. The Winners' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments
as required by law and the winners' names published as required under relevant legislation.
19. By entering the competition, the entrant consents to Mortgage Choice using their personal
information for marketing and promotional purposes. If, after entering the competition, the
entrant wishes Mortgage Choice to cease using their personal information for marketing and
