Terms and Conditions - Iron Man 3
The following terms and conditions apply for the Prime Radio Iron Man 3 promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin Friday the 5th April, 2013 at 4:00pm and end Friday the 19th April, 2013 at 8:00am.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners are invited to SMS their name and suburb to 1996 ZINC (1996 9462) to enter the draw. SMS costs 55 cents including GST.
3. PRIZE
A Double Pass to the Zinc & WIN preview screening of Iron Man 3 at 6:30pm on Tuesday 23rd April, 2013.
4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
Prime Radio reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason.
5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winner will be notified on air at the time of winning.
6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.
If after winner's announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.
7. SELECTION OF WINNERS
The winners will be drawn at random from all SMS entries each weekday morning of the active competition between 6am – 9am.
