1. These official Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the "Autumn/Winter Fashion Competition" ("Promotion") conducted by YFG Shopping Centres Pty Ltd (ACN 056 974 844) ("YFG") as trustee of the Fu Family Trust and Trondage Enterprises Pty Ltd (ACN 067 120 370) of c/- Retail First Pty Ltd, Cnr Mains Road and McCullough Street, Sunnybank, Queensland 4109 ("Promoter") for Australia Fair Shopping Centre ("Centre").
2. Participation in the Promotion and acceptance of the Promotion Prize constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3. The Promotion commences on Monday Friday 12th April 2013 at 9am AEST and closes on Thursday 2nd May 2013 at 9.00pm AEST ("Promotional Period ")
4. Promotion will be conducted over 21 days and consists of one Promotional Periods as stated in 3.
5. Information on prizes and how to win form part of these conditions.
6. The Prize Supplier ("Prize Supplier") is Australia Fair Shopping Centre.
7. The Prize ("the Prize") is 1 of 4 $500 Gift Vouchers to spend at one Australia Fair Retailer of your choice. The first 4 entries drawn at random will each win 1 of 4 Prizes.
8. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
9. To enter the competition you must 'Like' Australia Fair Shopping Centre on Facebook, and complete the entry form by providing a first name, last name, email address, and post code. Entrants must be 13 years or over to enter the Promotion.
10. The 4 individual Winners ("Winners") will be selected at random and notified by Australia Fair Shopping Centre Management staff on Friday 3rd May 2013 by email and/or phone. The Winners will also be announced via Australia Fair's website once Winners have been verified and confirmed.

The Winners must collect their prize from Australia Fair Shopping Centre's Centre Management office and agree to have their photo taken for publication on Australia Fair's website, Facebook fan page and monthly retailer newsletter.12. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
13. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if (a) for any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned; (b) if the Promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion is affected; or (c) if the determination of the Winners or delivery of prizes is prevented or hindered by any event outside the Promoter's control subject to regulatory authorities.
14. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
15. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information provided by entrants for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. The Promoter's decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. All entries :[/b]become and remain the property of the Promoter (subject to the limits contained in the Privacy Statement). All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be used for competition purposes and to add to the Australia Fair emailing list. Under the Privacy Act the names and addresses of all entrants in this competition will not be shared or distributed to other parties unless specified.
17. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
18. Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter from and against all actions, claims and liabilities, that the entrant now has or in the future may have against the Promoter for any loss, damage, or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect result of the entrant's participation in the Promotion.
19. Employees, immediate families and any person living at the same address of the Promoter, Prize Suppliers, or all Retailers at Australia Fair Shopping Centre and any associated organisations with this Promotion are ineligible to be selected for The Prize/s.
