Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions.
The promoter of this competition is Collins Foods Limited (trading through its subsidiary, Sizzler Restaurants Group Pty Ltd, which is the operator of all the Sizzler Restaurants in Australia).
Employees and immediate families of the promoter; associated companies and agencies of Collins Foods Limited, are ineligible to enter.
Entry is open to Australian permanent residents only.
Promotion commences 9:00am (AEST) Monday 8 April 2013 and closes 11:59pm (AEST) Sunday 28 April 2013.
Entry is conditional upon booking a table via the Sizzler Special Events Online Bookings System (hereafter “Online Bookings System”), for the Sizzler Mother’s Day Breakfast Banquet on Sunday 12 May 2013 (
https://events.sizzler.com.au/reservations/add/event_id:2).
Only tables booked for this event through the Online Bookings System, between the period Monday 11 March 2013 to Sunday 28 April 2013 are eligible to enter.
Entry is also conditional upon ‘Liking’ the Sizzler Australia Facebook Page (
http://www.facebook.com/SizzlerAus).
Entrant must first book a table for the Sizzler Mother’s Day Breakfast Banquet, through the Online Bookings System. They will then need to visit and ‘Like’ the Sizzler Australia Facebook page, to complete and submit the entry form, for their chance to win a $200 Sizzler Gift Card.
On the entry form entrants must provide their Booking Number, Name and Restaurant, as stated on their booking confirmation email. Entrant will also be required to nominate a restaurant to collect their prize from, should they be a winner.
There will be three prize winners; one per week for the three rounds of the competition.
The three competition rounds are as follows: 9:00am (AEST) Monday 08/04/2013 to 11:59pm (AEST) Sunday 14/04/2013; 9:00am (AEST) Monday 15/04/2013 to 11:59pm (AEST) Sunday 21/04/2013; 9:00am (AEST) Monday 22/04/2013 to 11:59pm (AEST) Sunday 28/04/2013.
Customers are able to submit one entry per booking, in each entry round.
The promoter reserves the right to remove all duplicate entries for the same booking in a single round, along with any entries that do not correspond exactly to a booking in the Online Bookings System.
Each entrant will only have the chance to win one prize.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold.
By entering this competition, entrants acknowledge that this prize can only be redeemed at 27 locations throughout Australia, located in Queensland, Sydney and Perth (full list of locations can be viewed at

At 9:00am (AEST) on the Monday following the close of each competition round, the promoter will utilise a computer program to randomly select the winner for the previous round. The dates of these draws are as follows: 9:00am (AEST) Monday 15/04/2013; 9:00am (AEST) Monday 22/04/2013; 9:00am (AEST) Monday 29/04/2013.
Prize draws will take place at 16-20 Edmondstone Street, Newmarket Qld 4051. Entrants do not need to be present.
Each winner will be notified by e-mail of their win and will be required to pick up their prize at the Sizzler restaurant they nominated on their entry form.
All prizes will be available for collection from the nominated restaurant from Thursday 2 May 2013.
To claim their prize, winners must present their Mother’s Day Breakfast booking confirmation email at time of collection.
Any prize that remains unclaimed 3 months after the prize draw will be redrawn.
All entrants will be able to view the full winner’s list via a link on the Sizzler Australia website and Sizzler Australia Facebook page.
The Sizzler Gift Cards are valued at $200 and are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
All entries become property of the promoter.
By entering this competition, you agree to be contacted by Sizzler in the future for promotional purposes, except if you Opt Out on the entry form.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
