Australian Bosch Car Service Promotion – April 2013. HOW TO ENTER: Have your vehicle serviced or repaired at any Bosch Car Service workshop in the month of April and go into a draw for a chance to win a $50 Fuel Card. There are 50 in total to give away. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: 1. Entry instructions and prize information form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the promotion shall be deemed an acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry. 2. Promotion commences 09:00 (AEDST) on 7 April 2013 and closes 17:00 (AEST) on 30 April 2013 (Promotional Period). 3. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged over 18 years. Employees of the promoter, its affiliates, agencies and companies and Bosch Car Service workshops associated with this promotion (and their immediate families), are not eligible to enter the promotion. 4. To be eligible to enter, entrants must have their vehicle serviced or repaired at a Bosch Car Service workshop during the Promotional Period. Each visit to a Bosch Car Service workshop within the Promotional Period allows one entry into the draw. To enter the draw, entrants will need to fill in the provided entry form at the Bosch Car Service workshop (including entrant’s name, address, phone number, email address, Bosch Car Service trading name and invoice number) and drop it into the competition box. All entries will then be returned to the Promoter for the draw. 5. The draw will take place at 9am on 22 May 2013 at Robert Bosch (Australia) Pty Ltd, 1555 Centre Road, Clayton, VIC 3168 and winners will be notified by email by 3 June 2013. Prize will be sent out by 10 June 2013. 6. The first 10 entries for each region drawn will win a $50 Caltex fuel card (50 entries in total). The regions are: a) VIC/TAS b) NSW/ ACT c) QLD d) SA/NT and e) WA A total of 10 prizes per region will be won, equalling 50 prizes in total. 7. The total prize pool is valued at $2,500, which is correct at the time of printing. Distribution of fuel cards will be 10 per region (50 in total). 8. Any costs in excess of the value of the prize and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winners. If the winner is unable to take the prize (for whatever reason) or does not take an element of the prize within the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. 9. All prizes, and any unused portions of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of any prize. In the event that a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize, in their sole discretion, to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from any regulatory authority. 10. Subject to any written directions issued by an regulatory authority, in the case that a prize is unclaimed after a 3 month period a redraw will take place on 23 August 2013 at 9am at Robert Bosch (Australia) Pty Ltd, 1555 Centre Road, Clayton, VIC 3168. Winners will be notified by mail by the 12 September 2013. 11. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding on every person who enters, and no correspondence will be entered into. 12. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies associated with this Promotion shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or for any personal injury or property damage) in connection with this Promotion or any prizes awarded in the course of this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 13. The Promoter and its officers, employees and agents will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information received or not received in the course of or in connection with this Promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the Promoter’s reasonable control including but not limited to technical malfunctions or failures. 14. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached these Conditions of Entry, or engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. 15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to the approval of any relevant regulatory authority. 16. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to enable entrants to participate in this Promotion. If personal information is not provided, the entrant may not participate in this Promotion. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree that: (1) the Promoter may disclose personal information to its contractors and agents for the purpose of assisting in the conduct of this Promotion; and (2) the Promoter may retain and use personal information for future marketing purposes in relation to its products, services and offers, including sending SMS messages. 17.
