Registrations will open at 9.00am Friday 26 April 2013 and will close at 12.00pm Friday 10th May 2013. (“Registration Period”).
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Registration Period at its own discretion.
Contesting may occur between 5.30am – 11.59pm any day from Monday 29 April 2013 – Thursday 9 May 2013 and between 5.30am – 2.00pm Friday 10 May 2013. (“Promotional Period”).
An individual day during the Promotional Period is known as a “Contesting Day”. The Promotional Period may be amended at the complete discretion of the Promoter.
Entry is available to permanent residents of:
- New South Wales & Queensland only;
- Aged twenty one (21) years and over;
- Have a valid passport;
- No criminal record;
- No outstanding criminal convictions against their name;
- A machine readable passport (“E-Passport”) valid until or beyond 10 November 2013 and contain at least 2 blank facing pages. Passport
can be issued by either Australia or New Zealand);
- Entrants must be able to satisfy any other such requirements as
deemed necessary for the purposes of entry into either USA or the EU.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any prizes if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition run by the Promoter 6 months prior to their Entry in this Competition.
Listeners will be encouraged to head to triplem.com.au and register their details. Listener will also be required to register the first and last name of three of their friends.
One registered, one(1) entrant will be chosen each contesting hour to participate in the competition. The chosen entrant will be called by the the Promoter and a time frame will be given for each of the listeners nominated three (3) friends to call into the station on 133353. If all three (3) friends call into the station in the required time frame one (1) minor prize, they will be
awarded and entry into the major draw. If any less than all three (3) friends call into 133353 in the required time frame no prizing will be awarded.
All decisions are at the complete discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

Contestants must be able to satisfy the requirements for entry into the USA.
USA Entry Conditions:
The Prize Winner and their travel companions must have a current passport, valid for a period of six (6) months past their expected stay in the USA. The
passport must be machine-readable (e-passport). It is the responsibility of the Prize Winner and their accompanying guests to contact the Australian Passport Office to verify the status of their passport should they have any doubts. It is the responsibility of the Prize Winner and their travel companions to complete the Electronic System for Travel Authorization, under the Visa Waiver Program. If there is a cost associated with this, it will be the responsibility of the winner and their guests to cover. The Promoter takes no responsibility should the Prize Winner and/or their travel companions be denied a Travel Authorisation by the United States Consulate; and must forfeit their prize as a result. Noting a criminal record may affect this. Prize Winners accept that entry into licensed premises in the USA is restricted to people aged 21 and over.
Prize conditions:
The Prize must be booked and redeemed within six (6) months of the Draw date. The Prize cannot be redeemed during Christmas, Easter or Queensland School Holiday periods. It is the responsibility of the Prize Winner and their travelling companions to obtain the necessary travel insurance coverage, and to cover any associated costs themselves. Prize Winner and their travelling companions must be available to travel on the dates specified by the Promoter. If the Prize Winner and/or their travel companions are unavailable to travel on the specified dates, at the Promoter’s discretion the Prize Winner may forfeit their Prize and the Promoter may award the Prize to another Entrant in their place. Accommodation is subject to change at the Promoter’s discretion. Prize does not include anything other than what is listed in Item 11: Prize Details. Any additional costs, including but not limited to room service, internet use, phone use and mini bar, will need to be covered by the Prize Winner and/or their travel companions. The Prize Winner may be required to provide the hotel with a credit card or cash deposit for security purposes on check-in. Prize Winner and their accompanying travel companions must both not have criminal records or outstanding convictions against their name. It is the Prize Winner’s and travel companion’s own responsibility to ensure they notify the Promoter, the airline, hotel and any other establishments associated with the Promotion and/or the Prize of any allergies they have. Should the Prize Winner and/or their travel companions be refused entry into the United States of America for any reason, the Promoter does not take any responsibility and the person/s who was refused entry will not be compensated by the Promoter in any way. Should any elements of the prize be changed, moved, cancelled or not available for any unforseen reason, the Promoter takes no responsibility and the Prize Winners and their travel companions will not be compensated. All Prize Winners and travel companions will be required to carry valid photo identification with them at all times.
Prize Fulfilment:
All travel is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner. Travel is valid for specific dates as outlined. No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is not refundable or transferable. Winner and companions must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity on it prior to departure. Winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed. Visas, valid passports, additional spending money, meals (other than those included) and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package descriptions above are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and his/her nominated travelling companions as incurred.
