Registrations will open at 4pm AEST on Monday 29 April 2013 and will close at 9am AEST Friday 10 May 2013 (“Registration Period”).

Contesting will occur between 1.00pm and 4pm on Monday 6 May 2013, Tuesday 7 May 2013, Wednesday 8 May 2013, Thursday 9 May 2013 and Friday 10 May 2013. All contestants will remain in the eligible pool of entries until the completion of the competition. (“Contesting Period”)
An individual day during the Promotional Period is known as a “Contesting Day”. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Contesting Period at the complete discretion of the Promoter.

Entrant submissions will be judged in accordance with Item 9.
All entry submissions will be judged. The entries deemed the most creative, unique, original and suitable will be selected as winners. All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into
There will be four runner-ups chosen on Monday 6th May 2013, Tuesday 7th May 2013, Wednesday 8th May 2013 and Thursday 9th May 2013.
A major winner will be chosen on Friday 10th May 2013. All entrants will remain in the eligible pool of entries until the completion of the competition.
All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard

There will be a maximum of (4) four minor prizes. Each Minor Prize consists of the following:
- One (1) x $1000 SA Shorts Voucher
Individual Minor Prizes are valued at a maximum of $1000. Total Minor Prize pool of $4000.
There will be one (1) major prize only. The Major Prize consists of the following:
- Flights for two (2) people from the winner’s closest capital city to Port Lincoln, South Australia;
- Airport transfers;
- One (1) x voucher for a full day “Swim with Great White Sharks” tour
for two people with Adventure Bay Charters (includes dive
equipment, lunch, morning and afternoon tea);
- Overnight accommodation for two (2) people at the Port Lincoln

Major Prize Conditions; The Major Prize is valid until 17th May 2014 and is not redeemable for cash. Bookings are subject to availability from tour operators. Participants must be 5 years or older to swim with sharks and people under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Shark tours are able to go in most weather conditions however in extreme cases may be postponed. Participation is entirely at participants’ own risk, with full indemnity to Adventure Bay Charters. Bookings are subject to minimum numbers. Shark sightings are not guaranteed. Adventure Bay Charters reserves the right to offer an alternate trip or alternate date if the trip is cancelled by them.
Minor Prize Conditions SA Short voucher is valid from one year from May 2013.
Other Conditions – General
All prize-winners are required to possess a valid credit card. This may be requested at hotel check-in to pay for incidentals at the winners cost. Any material submitted throughout the Promotional Period is the Property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use this material for the purposes of marketing and publicity and the entrant will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
The entrant acknowledges that there may be inherent risks involved in entering this Promotion or taking or participating in the Prize(s). Any entrant, Prize winner and/or participants in a Promotion event may be required to sign an acknowledgement of risk and waiver of liability for participation in the Promotion or a Prize event and to expressly acknowledge that entry into this Promotion or participation in a Promotion event or Prize may be inherently dangerous, and that if they choose to participate they will do so at their own risk. A reasonable level of health and fitness may be required. The Promoter reserves the right to preclude participation of anyone refusing to sign the acknowledgement/waiver or any person who is suffering from asthma, epilepsy, significant back or neck problems, physical or mental disabilities, or is pregnant or in the Promoter’s sole discretion is not able or suitable to participate in any of the experiences for reasons of the participant’s own or anyone else’s safety.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person’s negligence) relating to this Promotion or the awarding or taking of the Prize(s) except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).
The Prize(s) and/or parts of the Prize(s) is/are not transferable or
exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (unless the Prize is cash). If a Prize, or an element of a Prize, is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal or greater value for that prize, or element of it, subject to the approval of any relevant authority. The Promoter and its representatives will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes.
