Mother's Day 2013 - Love at First Sight
Total prize valued at 1 x 5 $1,000 NONI B Wardrobes issued in the form of a NONI B Gift Card. Total Prize valued at $5,000.
Entry submission ends 12th May 2013 @11.59pm (AEDT)
Entry forms will be issued to customers with total spend of $100.00 or greater at any NONI B store.
1. Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be accepted of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is open to all Australian citizens and residents who have spent $100 or greater at any NONI B store and have completed and submitted to a staff member the Mother's Day - Love at First entry form/
3. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The promotion commences on the 22nd April 2013 and concludes 22nd May 2013 at 11.59pm (AEDT). The nominated panel of jurors will then select five (5) successful entries based upon originality and creativity. 5 successful entrants will be selected as follows: 1 x winner in NSW/ACT; 1 x winner Vic/Tas; 1 x winner in WA/NT; 1 x winner in Qld; 1 x winner in SA.
4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, spend $100.00 or more at any NONI B store where you will be issued with an entry form. Complete the entry form and submit at your nearest store or mail to: NONI B Competitions PO BOX 6006 Blacktown NSW 2148.
5. DRAW: Five (5) customers will receive a NONI B $1000.00 gift voucher to be spent at any NONI B store (excluding online). The winners will be drawn at NONI B Head office located at 10 Garling Road Kings Park NSW 2148 on Wednesday 22nd May 2013 at 11.00am AEST. The winners will be printed in The Australian Newspaper on Friday 24th May 2013.
6. The best entrants will be decided by specified employees of NONI B. All decisions are final. Successful entries will be based on originality and creativity.
7. NONI B reserves the right to publish entrants entry, first name and state for future use and promotions.
8. Any pictures of the prize featured in connection with this promotion may not match the actual prize, and is used for photography purposes only. It is NONI B’s decision in relation to any aspects of the promotion is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. NONI B reserves the right to request the winner provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Noni B. It is the responsibility of the all Noni B customers to ensure that their customer details are kept up to date.
10. NONI B reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including customer details) and in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual or invalidate any entry if NONI B has reason to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if the entrant has engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct or if in the opinion of NONI B the entrant has engaged in any conduct that may bring NONI B’s reputation into disrepute. NONI B has legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender is reserved.
11.Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
12. If the prize remains unclaimed for 3 months after the draw date (August 22nd 2013) and NONI B has made reasonable provisions (numerous contacts via email, phone and post) the prize will be voided.
13. NONI B may request each Winner or entrant to present photo identification, proof of age and proof of all valid purchases before awarding the prize. If NONI B is not satisfied that the Winners’ identity, age or valid transactions are sufficiently verified then that Draw may be transferred to another entry which was unsuccessful in the original draw.
14. The prize value includes GST and is in Australian dollars and is the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at time of printing. NONI B accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
15. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The prize is not transferable to another person once names of winners have been confirmed and registered (unless authorized by NONI B) or exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed as cash, other goods and services or sold to a third party.
16. NONI B is not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete information communicated to any party including through advertisements in the course of or in connection with this Promotion.
17. Any NONI B staff or their immediate family is not eligible to enter this competition.
18. NONI B is not responsible for any incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information communicated in the course of or in connection with this Promotion.
19. NONI B has the right to cease the competition prior to the above mentioned (3) close date.
