Entry Criteria
Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years of age and over.
Employees of the Promoter and any of their immediate families, and any agencies and companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter into this promotion.
This promotion is a ‘game of skill’ promotion. Prize winners will be determined based on skill and not by random selection or by chance.

2 x A-Reserve Tickets to see Australian World Orchestra perform at the Sydney Opera House on the 3rd October, 2013, accommodation for two people at The Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, limousine transfer to the concert from the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth to the event only, food and drink vouchers, signed programme, tickets to the post concert cocktail party.
Victoria: Melbourne Concert Prize
2 x A-Reserve Tickets to see Australian World Orchestra perform at the Melbourne Hamer Hall on the 4th October, 2013, accommodation for two people at The Sofitel Melbourne on Collins, limousine transfer to the concert from the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins to the event only, food and drink vouchers, signed programme, tickets to the post concert cocktail party.
Winners who receive a food voucher will be required to make all dinner reservations on their own accord.
All tickets and vouchers cannot be exchanged for another performance date or re-sold.
All prize winners will be notified by the Promoter directly via email or telephone as per the provided entrant information, once the promotion has ended.
Prize winners will be required to confirm their postal address.
All prize winners have 7 days in which to respond to the Promoter’s email and/or phone call and confirm their winning entry and postal address.
In the event that a prize is unclaimed after 7 days, the Promoter will nominate a new winner and contact them accordingly until the prize is finalized with the winner/s.
The prize remains the property of the Promoter until claimed by the prize winner.
The Promoter can change the prize package and offering at any time and is subject to availability.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes will be sent to all winners after the ‘Win an Unforgettable VIP Concert Experiencewith Australian World Orchestra’ competition has ended.
In the event that the prizes become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar item of the same or less value as the original prize, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking a prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
