1. Promotion commences on 25/03/2013 at 09:00 AEST and entries close 17/05/2013 at 11:59pm AEST. For conditions of entry, see below. 2. Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions of entry. Entry into this Promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 3. Entry is only open to all permanent residents of Australia. 4. Entrants must be over the age of 18. 5. An entrant cannot enter the competition more than once. 6. Entries above 25 words will not be eligible to win a prize. 7. This is a game of skill. Winners will be judged at BPM Australia, 6 Beaumont Road Mt Kuring-Gai on Monday 6th June, 2013 and winners will be notified by email/phone on this day. 8. Winners are at the discretion of the promoter and no correspondence will be entered into. 9. Eight Sonicare DiamondClean (Model HX9332) Electric Toothbrushes are available to WIN each month. A total of eight DiamondClean (Model HX9332) units are available to be won over the specified promotional period. 10. One Sonicare DiamondClean (Model HX9332) Electric Toothbrush will be sent to each winner at the address nominated. The entrant is responsible for providing full and accurate address details. 11. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the postal address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter. The promoter will not be held liable for any late or lost entries. 12. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and Philips Electronics Australia Limited are ineligible to enter. All entries become property of the Promoter and Philips. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter and Philips using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion, announce the winner and disclose the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter and Philips with administering the Promotion and announcing the winner, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this Promotion).
