Terms and Conditions
1. The North Coast TAFE ‘Win an iPad Mini draw’ is conducted by North Coast TAFE, Taree NSW, 2444, ABN: (70 158 535 753) under NSW Permit Number LTPS/13/02661.
2. Information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Completing the Online form is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Promotion commences at 9am (AEDST) on 13 April, 2013 and concludes at 5pm (AEDST) 28 May, 2013.
4. Entry is free and open to all Australian citizens and residents.5. Only one entry per person is permitted.
6. The winning entry will receive one new iPad Mini 16 GB, valued at $369.
7. North Coast TAFE takes no responsibility for the operation of the iPad Mini; this is the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. The winner will be selected at random at 10am (AEDST) on 29 May, 2013 from all participants registered who are eligible. The winner will be notified via email. A valid email address is required.
9.In the event that the prize is unclaimed as at 12 noon (AEST) 29 June 2013, an alternative winner will be selected randomly from participants on 29 May 2013. The new winner will be notified via email.
10.The Prize will be awarded in person or via alternative arrangement agreed to by prize winner and promoter.
11.In the event any winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize may be awarded to the winner's legal guardian.
12.Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. You agree for North Coast TAFE to publish your name as the winner of the competition by accepting the Terms and Conditions.
14. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of North Coast TAFE which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, North Coast TAFE reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions under applicable legislation. North Coast TAFE also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who North Coast TAFE has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
