Information on how to enter the Promotion and a description of the
Major Prize
form
part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
Participation in the Promotion constitutes
acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
Entries not complying with these
Terms & Conditions of Entry are ineligible and the Promoter reserves its absolute
right to disqualify any

Entry is open to all residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or over. However,
employees

and their immediate families

Dig and Fish
and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.

Definitions within this Promotion:

Participating Product
”
means any of the products
listed in the attached schedule
(“
Schedule A
”)
.

Liquor store located within Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, the
Australian Capital Territory, Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania or the Northern
Territory.

Promoter

Promotional Period
”
means

commencing at

Entry Form
”
means
the online entry form located at

.

Eligible Purchase
”
means the purchase of

a Participating Store during the Promotional Period.

Major Prize
”
means the trip for two (2) adults to Scotland (as outlined in clause
13
).
5.
To enter the Promotion,
individuals
must
complete an Eligible Purchase
and then
either

a)

and follow the prompts to
complete the online entry form
, input the requested details (including their full
name, a valid email address,
and
the
purchase receipt number
details
from
the Eligible Purchase)
, and submit the fully completed entry form so it is
received by 23:59pm AEST on 28/05/2013;

the

.The SMS entry mechanic is only open to consumers with a SMS

recommended that entrants check with their in

SMS winners will be contacted by SMS and/or phone and, if necessary, the Promoter
will record their address details so that the prize may be awarded. Entries are
deemed to be received at the time of receipt into th
e promotion database and NOT at
the time of transmission by the entrant.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for
any late, lost or misdirected entries including SMS messages not received by the
Promoter or delays in the delivery of the SMS message due t
o technical disruptions,
network congestion or for any other reason. SMS entries via t
he internet or computer
generated entries
not attributable to a valid mobile phone account
are
invalid and will
not be accepted.

6.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) a
maximum of one
(1)
entry
per
Eligible Purchase/
receipt number
(regardless of the number of Participating
Products purchased in excess of one (1) in that transaction)
; and (b) each entry must
be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
Breaking a
single transaction into multiple purchases to gain multiple entries is not permitted,
and will void all Promotion entries attributable to that entrant
.
7.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and
entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify
any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and
Co
nditions or who tampers with the entry process
including but not limited to
tampering by way of use of techniques designed to avoid the payment of SMS costs
.
Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the
Promoter to enfo
rce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of
those rights.
8.
Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all entries
as proof of
purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested
may, in
the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an
entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly
specify the store of purchase as either
BWS or Woolworths Liquor, that one (1) or
more
Participating Product
/s were
purchased, and that the purchase was made
during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
9.
The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and/or
proof of entry validity (including
but not limited to mobile
phone bill
/s
or
purchase
receipt
/s
) in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry
considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event
that a winner cannot provide suita
ble proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole
and no substitute will be offered.
10.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
11.
The draw
will take place at
Anisimoff Legal, Level 5, 492 St Kilda Road, Melbourne,
VIC 3004
at 11:00am AEST on 31/05/2013.
The Promoter may draw additional
reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant
is drawn.
12.
The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing within two (2)
business
days of
the draw,
their names will be published online at
www.bws.com.au
