Terms & Conditions
The Promoter is Yamaha Music Australia Pty Ltd (herein referred to as Yamaha Music Australia), Level 1, 99 Queensbridge Street, Southbank VIC 3006 - ABN: 84 004 259 527.
Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry is open exclusively to staff of authorised Yamaha Music Australia dealers in Australia. Employees, and their immediate families, of Yamaha Music Australia and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
The competition commences on Monday 20th May 2013 (EST) and concludes on Sunday 2nd June 2013 at 12pm (EST).
To enter, complete the online entry form (www.yamahamusic.com.au/75SeriesGiveaway) and tell us in 25 words or less, “Why do you want to win the YHT-399 Home Theatre?”
Entries (including winner) into the competition is limited to one (1) entry per person.
Entrants must be 18 years or older. Winners will be contacted via email.
Entries submitted will be reviewed and the prize winner will be notified on Monday 3rd June 2013. The entry that is judged the best by Yamaha Music Australia will be deemed the prize winner. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. All entries become the property of the Yamaha Music Australia and cannot be returned.
Yamaha Music Australia reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who is ineligible, tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Yamaha Music Australia, engaged in conduct which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Yamaha Music Australia. Yamaha Music Australia reserves the right to disqualify a winner if Yamaha Music Australia becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.
Major Prize: 1x YHT-399 (YHT-399AUB) Home Theatre (model variants to be solely determined by Yamaha Music Australia). Total Prize Value: $849 RRP (recommended retail price).
If the prize/s is unavailable, for whatever reason, Yamaha Music Australia reserves the right to substitute the prize/s for a prize/s of equal or greater value.
Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever the winner does not take a component/s of the prize at the time stipulated by Yamaha Music Australia, then that component/s of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that component/s of the prize.
