AWESOME AUTUMN PROMOTION
TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Awesome Autumn promotion will commence on Monday 1st April and conclude at 5.30pm on Sunday, 16th June 2013. Tickets for the promotion will be issued to current financial members of Port Macquarie Panthers (PMP) and Port Macquarie Sports Club (PMPS).

There are two draws associated with this promotion. Draw 1 will commence on Monday, 1st April and conclude at 5.30pm on Sunday, 5th May (draw to be conducted at 6.00pm on Sunday, 5th May 2013). Draw 2 will commence on Monday, 6th May and conclude at 5.30pm on Sunday, 16th June (draw to be conducted at 6.00pm on Sunday, 16th June).

There are multiple ways to enter the promotion, including:

1. Members who purchase a schooner or middy of any Tooheys draught beer (tap beer) will also be automatically eligible to receive tickets in the promotion (when they have their membership card swiped through the cash register for each transaction).The staff member is to hand the ticket to the member and the member is to place the ticket in the entry box located at each bar

2. Members, who swipe their card through the member’s swipe terminal in the entry foyer at both Port Macquarie Panthers (PMP) and Port Macquarie Sports Club (PMPS), will also receive a ticket in each of the daily sessions. The sessions will operate between 9.00am-1.00pm, 2.00pm-6.00pm and 7.00pm-10.00pm.

3. Patrons who join the Club during the promotional period will also receive a ticket into the Promotion. Entry via this means is only available through Port Macquarie Panthers (PMP).

4. Members who are playing the poker machines and have their current membership card inserted into the card reader (located on each poker machine) will be automatically eligible to receive tickets in the promotion when they have a win of $20 or more show on the win meter (a ticket will automatically print into the barrel). Only available at Port Macquarie Panthers (PMP).

THE DRAW
There will be two (2) major draws as follows:
Major Draw 1 - Sunday May 5, 2013
Major Draw 2 - Sunday June 16, 2013

Please note tickets will cease to be dispensed for members from 5.30pm on the day of each major draw.

At 6.00pm on each of the major draws all the tickets from both clubs will be placed into the large promotions barrel at Port Macquarie Panthers (PMP). One ticket will then be drawn from all the tickets in the barrel. The member whose name is drawn must be present and on the Port Macquarie Panthers (PMP) or Port Macquarie Sports Club (PMPS), premises at the time of the draw.

The member will have four (4) minutes in which to present their current membership card to identify themselves. If the member whose name is drawn is not present then the draw will continue until a member whose name is drawn is present.

A staff member from Port Macquarie Panthers (PMP) will contact Port Macquarie Sports Club (PMPS), at the time of each draw and advise them of the members name and membership number drawn for an announcement to be made in the Club.

The member who is present at either Club will win a Five Thousand Dollar ($5,000) furniture, bedding or electrical package from Harvey Norman Port Macquarie.

There will be five (5) consolation prize draws from the barrel for Ten Thousand (10,000) Panther points the member will have four (4) minutes in which to present their current membership card to identify themselves. If the member whose name is drawn is not present then the draw will continue until a member whose name is drawn is present.
Management, Directors and Employees of Port Panthers and Hibbard Sports Club are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

Club Managements decision in all matters relating to these rules and this promotion shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
