Win the chance to see the Lampre-MERIDA team at the Tour de France!
To be eligible for entry, entrants must purchase a Merida 2012/2013 road bike and then complete the entry form given to them at time of purchase and tell us in 25 words or less 'why you want to win a trip to see the Lampre-MERIDA team at the Tour de France'. The form must be posted back to Advance Traders, PO Box 873 Hamilton QLD 4007 before the 28th June 2013. Entrants will be required to register their details for an entry into the competition including name, phone number, address, email, bike model, serial number and have a valid receipt attached to their entry form.

The prize pool consists of:

A $5,000 travel voucher which may be used to redeem a trip to France for the Tour De France.

Promotion Dates
Promotion commences at 08:00am (AEST) on Monday 13th May 2013 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on Saturday 29th June 2013.

Terms and Conditions
The prize pool consists of:
A Travel voucher which may be used to redeem a trip to France for the Tour De France.
Total Prize pool is valued at AUD $5000.
Age restrictions apply. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.

Winner must take the prize/s as offered. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
All entrants who qualify will be automatically entered into the competition
Participants must be an Australian resident to be eligible for prize.
The prize will be sent to the winner, and will be notified by email and phone.
Winner will be selected and announced: 29th June 2013.
If the prize is unclaimed 1 week after the final judging a second winner will be chosen.
MERIDA Australia employees are prohibited from entering the competition.
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on creative merit. All entries must be the original independent creation of the entrant. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions.
All responses will be read and judged by a judging panel at Advance Traders 7 Bimbil St Albion QLD. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
MERIDA Australia reserves the right to publish the names of the winning entry.
By entering the competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions. Entrants who fail to comply with these terms and conditions may be refused prizes at the discretion of the promoter.
All prices are stated in Australian dollars, all prices represent the recommended retail price at the time of printing. All reference to time and dates are based on Brisbane, Queensland time, which is Australian Eastern standard time (AEST)
Entrants must ensure that all care is taken when entering competition. It is the complete responsibility of entrants to ensure correct details are provided.
Incomplete, illegible or incorrect entries that contain offensive or defamatory comments or which breech any law or infringe any 3rd party rights including intellectual property rights are not eligible to win.
If MERIDA Australia is unable to provide the winner with a nominated prize, MERIDA Australia reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value to the nominated prize.
Entrants are given the option to subscribe to communication from MERIDA Australia. Acceptance of this option has no impact on your chances of winning.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
