Promotion commences 27 May 2013 and entries close at 5pm local time on 7 July 2013, and the draw date is on 14 July 2013.
Entry is open to Australian residents who are aged 16 and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
You enter the promotion by writing 25 words or less “Which DIY video you find most helpful and why?”. The DIY videos can be found on the selleys website: www.selleys.com.au
All valid entries received prior to the close of the promotion will be individually judged by promotion judge(s) appointed by the Promoter. to be held at Selleys, 1 Gow Street, Padstow NSW 2211 on 14 July 2013.
The 3 best entries will each win a $1,000 Visa gift card. Total prize pool is $3,000.
All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion Question (without attribution) on the Selleys Website and the editing of the answer prior to publication without consultation.
The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.
The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
