‘Peter Pan BLU-RAY + DVD’ Competition May/June 2013
1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion
constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open only to Australian residents. The directors, management and employees of the
Promoter, its related companies and agencies, the immediate families of the above listed persons,
and directors, management and employees of companies, business or individuals associated with this
promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences at 7:00pm (AEST) on 22/05/2013 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on
03/06/2013 (‘Promotional Period’). Late entries will not be considered.
4. To enter, consumers must ‘become a fan’ of the Luna Park Facebook page
(www.facebook.com/lunaparkmelbourne), and enter their details on the ‘Peter Pan competition’tab.
Entries must include an answer in 25 words or less, ‘what mischief they would get up to in
NeverLand’. Winners will be chosen by the creativity and originality of their answer. The decision will
be made by Luna Park staff. The decision is final and correspondence regarding this decision will not
be acknowledged. Winners will be contacted via phone or email on 4th June 2013.
5. The Promoter must receive entries during the Promotional Period. The Promoter accepts no
responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible or
corrupted entries. The Promoter is not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any other
consequences of user error.
6. The prize for this competition consists of 5 copies of Peter Pan Diamond Edition BLU-RAY + DVD. Prize
total value: $199.85.
7. Entrants may enter the competition as many times as they want.
8. This prize cannot be exchanged or transferred. Luna Park is not obligated to replace or reissue lost or
damaged prizes.
9. Luna Park Melbourne reservesthe right to disqualify winners at their own digression.
10. Prizes must be redeemed within 2 weeks of notification. Failure to do so, will result in a redraw of the
winner.
11. In entering this competition, you grant Luna Park Melbourne permission to use your name in
promotional and information materials. The winning entry, along with finalist entries may be
displayed across official Luna Park Melbourne social media channels and website. By entering this
competition you agree to the publication of your name and entry and grant permission to Luna Park
Melbourne to use these at their own digression.
12. If, for any reason, the event or prize is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but
not limited to, weather conditions or technical issues, Luna Park Melbourne is not obligated to
reimburse, reschedule or offer any form of compensation.
13. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify all entries from any person, and
prohibit that person’s further participation in this promotion, who tampers with, or benefits from any
tampering with, the entry process or the operation of the promotion or acts in violation of these conditions of entry, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or
harass any person.
14. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including,
without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered
or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection
with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be
excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize
winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of the promotion
results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants agree to
follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods
and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
16. All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide will be used by the
Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion. The Promoter may disclose entrants’
personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this promotion or
communicating with entrants and winner’s name may be published as required under the relevant
