Easy Range Competition Terms
1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age and over. Employees of Summit Homes Group (“The Promoter”), the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with the promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
3. By entering this competition, entrants understand and agree to being contacted by or on behalf of Summit Homes Group for the purpose of contacting you with new promotion and opportunities for an indefinite period of time or until you advise Summit Homes Group otherwise.
4. A valid entry requires that all mandatory fields of entry are completed. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
5. The promotion commences Saturday 13th April 2013 and closes Sunday 30th June 2013 Australian Western Standard Time. The closing date is at the discretion of the Summit Homes Group and the competition may be extended if deemed necessary.
6. The prize draw will be conducted by the Summit Homes Group.
7. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entrant is drawn.
8. To be eligible, individuals must undertake the following during the Promotional Period:
a. Choose an Easy Range home and sign a Preparation of Plans Agreement (PPA)
b. Pay a deposit
c. All terms, conditions and timeframes must be satisfied as outlined in the PPA.
9. Entrants will only be deemed valid if they purchase an Easy Range home through Easystart Homes or the Summit Homes Group.10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify and entrant for tampering with the entry process.
11. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
12. The major prize will be a $10,000 holiday gift voucher through Flight Centre. Redeemable for $10,000 of travel associated costs at any Flight Centre in WA. The total prize value is $10,000. The voucher usage must abide by the following Flight Centre terms of use:
• Gift Cards are valid for use within 12 months from the date of issue.
• Gift Cards may only be applied up to the maximum value loaded onto the Gift Card which is un-spent at the time of use. Where the cost of purchase exceeds the available balance of the Gift Card, the excess amount must be paid by another payment method.
• Gift Cards may be redeemed in whole or part during the validity period. Where used in part, no change will be given. Any unused balance may be used against future purchases, but will not be refunded or credited when the Gift Card expires.
• Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.
• Gift Cards may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, traveller’s cheques, cash passports or
any other form of currency.
• You are responsible for the use and security of your Gift Card. Lost or stolen Gift Cards may not be replaced or refunded. You are liable for all transactions on your Gift Card except those caused by fraud or negligence by FCL or its employees.
• Defaced, mutilated or altered Gift Cards may not be accepted, replaced or refunded.
• Gift Cards may not be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts.
13. The winner will be notified by phone and mail.
14. The prize is not transferrable and cannot be taken as cash.
15. The Promoter is not liable for loss or damage which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16. Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be help in accordance with the Summit Homes Group Privacy Policy.
17. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. By entering the competition, the prize winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright of any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
19. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
20. The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
21. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
22. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this promotion.
