By entering the Sunrise ‘GET HITCHEDON HAMILTONISLAND’ Competition,youareagreeing to the following termsandconditions:

2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18 years old where the Channel Sevensignalisreceived.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Hamilton Island Enterprises Limited, Jetstar Airways Limited and their associated agencies, sponsors and companies are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Wednesday 12 June 2013 at 6.00am AEST and concludes on Friday 5 July 2013 at 4.00pm AEST.

4.2 A special accommodation rate of $288.00 per room, per night twin share including daily buffet breakfast on Hamilton Island is available for up to 20 guests of the Bride/Groom. Rate is per person, twin share and is basedonrunofhouseaccommodationattheReefViewHotel.Rateisvalidfortravel to14September,2013 and is subject to availability. Minimum two night stay applies. Extra person rates apply. Not available with any other offer. Only available when booked direct through Hamilton Island Holidays. 4.3 Wedding accommodation is based on 3 nights in a Coral Sea View room, Reef View Hotel, for two adults, twin share. For travel 5-8 September 2013. Rate also includes daily buffet breakfast, return airport/marina transfers, use of paddle skis, windsurfers, catamarans & snorkelling equipment, use of Island Shuttle, use of gym, spa, sauna, tennis & squash court hire, and FREE wireless internet at select locations across the island (downl oad li mi ts apply).
4.4 Honeymoon accommodation at qualia is based on 3 nights in a Windward Pavilion for two adults, twin share. Valid for travel 8-11 September 2013. qualia caters for guests 16 years and over only. Based on qualia Classic rate and includes breakfast daily at The Long Pavilion or Pebble Beach (qualia), 24-hour chauffer service, exclusive use of your own 2-seater electric golf buggy, return transfers to the Hamilton Island airport or marina, use ofall non-motorised water sports. Alcoholic beverages are additional.
4.5 Accommodation prizes are not transferable, available for sale or redeemable for cash. Prize must be redeemed within the validity period or prize will be forfeited. If the prize is transferred it will be forfeited. Any additional incidental charges such as meals (other than those specified), mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephonecalls, etc., charged to your roomare atyour expenseandshould besettled prior to departure.
4.6 A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winners and guests at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges.
Wedding inclusions
4.7 The wedding ceremony and reception prize secures you the services of Hamilton Island Weddings to arrange and/or provide products and services required for the upcoming wedding on Friday 6 September, 2013 for the bride and groom and up to 20 guests. Any additional products, services and options requested by you that are not included in the prize, will be individually quoted upon request, and all costs incurred in the supply of thoseadditional products, services and options will be payable by you.
4.8 TheceremonylocationonFriday6September2013,willbechosenbytheSunriseproductionteam,andisat their total discretion. Final decision regarding all decoration, theming, set up, locations and visual items is at the sole discretion of HamiltonIsland Weddings and the Sunriseproduction team.
4.9 The wedding ceremony will be broadcast live on Sunrise during their outside broadcast on Friday 6 September, 2013.
4.10 Hamilton Island Weddings reserves the right to supply an alternative product or service in place of a prize inclusion should that prizeinclusion becancelled or changed due to unforeseen circumstances or foreseeable factors such as weather, timing changes etc. You understand that Hamilton Island Weddings may pass your personal information onto other suppliers associated with the planning of your wedding, and that from time to time, however only where necessary, these suppliers may contact you directly for more information regarding your requirements. You understand that the prize does not guarantee the availability of other products and services you may require which are not included in the prize, however where possible, we will ensure your preferred options can besupplied as part of your wedding, at the relevant additional price. E.g. website, newspaper or magazine features and adverts and AIPP professional photographyandvideocompetitions. YouunderstandHIWmayneedtoprovideyourcontactdetailsto publications who may wish to contact you to gather information for a story or editorial to accompany your images. Denison Star Cruise
4.14 YourcontractiswithDenisonStarPtyLtdtradingas CruiseIndigo.Morningcruiseis forFriday6September, 2013, for up to 22 people, including the bride and groom. Light breakfast will be provided. Anything in addition to theseinclusions mustbe covered by the prize winner.
4.15 Iftheboatand/orits fixtures/appliancesarelostordamagedinanywayasaresultoftheactions ofyour guests then you will be liable to cover the cost of their repair/replacement of the loss/damage.
4.16 Thecharterermustacceptresponsibilityfortheproperconductofthemselvesandanymembersoftheir party. We reserve the right to remove any guest from the vessel. Upon such termination our responsibility for yourcharterceasesandweshall notbeliableforanyextracostsorliabilitiesincurredbyyou.
4.17 Allchartersaresubjecttoweatherandtidalconditionsandthecaptain’sdiscretion.Whilsteveryendeavour will be made to accommodate destination requests, the weather will play a vital role in such decision. We reserve the right change the destination on the day to suit the conditions.
Lunch Reception
4.18 The wedding reception will be held on Friday 6 September, 2013 for the bride and groom and up to 20 guests. Lunchisprovidedtothevalueof$100perheadforupto22guests,witha$1000bartabalso included.
4.19 Thereceptionlocation will bechosen by theSunriseproduction teamand HamiltonIsland,andisattheir total discretion. Final decision regarding all decoration, themeing, set up,locations and visual items is at the sole discretion of Hamilton Island Weddings and the Sunrise production team. Celebrant or Religious Officiator
4.20 Your celebrant will be chosen by Hamilton Island Weddings/Sunrise and they will be authorised under Australian Law to marry you according to the laws of Australia.
Flights
4.21 If the prize winner, companion or guests are from a regional area, travel arrangements to and from the nearest capital city airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner.
4.22 The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods or services and cannot be takenin parts. Air tickets will notbe exchanged foranother destination.
4.23 Flights offeredaspartoftheprizeinClause4.1 mustberedeemedtocoincidewiththeweddingonHamilton Island, and cannot be used at any other time in the future.
4.24 Theprizewinnerandtheirnominatedtravel companionmusttravel togetheronallflights.Seats willnotbe exchanged for another destination.
4.25 All flightsaresubjecttobookingandflightavailabilityandmustbetakentocoincidewiththespecifieddates.
4.26 The prizeincludes GSTand taxes includedin thepriceof the ticket. Unless otherwisestated, theprizedoes notincludetravelinsurance,passports,visas,meals,inflightentertainmenttaxes notincludedinthepriceof the ticket, ground transportation or any other costs of a personal nature. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of each prize-winner and their companion. 4.27 Prize travel is subject to availability at the time of booking. Winners and their companions must travel together on all prize travel and will not accrue Qantas Frequent Flyer points on the prize travel or accommodation. An upgrade cannot be purchased on airfares with cash or Qantas Frequent Flyer points.
4.28 Eachprizemustbetakenasstatedandnocompensationwillbepayableifawinnerisunabletousetheprize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. 4.29 After tickets have been booked and confirmed, any travel variations are subject to approval by Jetstar Airways Pty Ltd (Jetstar). Any additional costs incurred due to travel variations are the winner’s responsibility and must be booked separately by the winner. Travel variations include, but are not limited to extension of travel duration,travellers’outsideoftheagerestrictionandadditional travellers.
4.30 Once notified, the winner must provide the following information to Jetstar. (a)full Names as per passportincluding titleofall travellers;
(b) dateof Birthofall travellers;and
(c) flight times and flight numbers for both departure and return (pleas e visit Jetstar.com to see flight times where multiple flight times areavailable).
4.31 The prize winner will be required to provide at least 4 weeks’ notice of intent to travel. All components of prize are subject to availability at time of booking. For each, prize, travel by the winner and their travel companions must be taken together.
Helicopter Flights
4.32 Your flights are being supplied by Whitsunday Air Services/Hamilton Island Air. The number of passengers includedintheprizearesubjecttoweightrestrictions. All flightsaresubjecttoweather,andifonthedayof scheduled flight, the weather is such that the flights are cancelled, you will be offered an alternative date of travel. Alternative destinations may be offered in place of Whitehaven Beach, in the case a flight cannot travel to Whitehaven Beach for any reason.
General
4.33 Allprizeelementsaresubjecttoavailability.Validfortravelto14September,2013.Prizemustberedeemed within the validity period or prize will be forfeited. If the prize is transferred it will be forfeited. No cash credit willbeissuedforanyunusedportionofa prize.HamiltonIslandEnterprises Limitedanditsassociated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirector consequentialloss),orforpersonalinjurysufferedorsustained,asaresultofacceptinganyprize, except for anyliability which cannot be excluded by law. 4.34 Thewinnersareresponsibleforallotherexpensesincludingweddingrelatedexpenses(unlessspecified) spending money, vaccinations,in-room charges, taxes, meals (unlessspecified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, gratuities, services charges, items ofa personal nature, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs.
4.35 Prize value is correct as at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ul ti ma te da te on whi ch the pri ze is ta ken.
4.36 Prizevaluesarequotedas maximumvalues. Therewillbenocreditgivenbetweentheactualcostoffulfilling the prize elements and the maximum values quotes in clause4.1.

4.39 Couples whohavealreadybookeda weddingonHamiltonIslandarenoteligibletoenterthiscompetition.
4.40 Prizesaresubjecttothestandardtermsandconditions ofindividualprizeandserviceproviders.
4.41 In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate with the Promoter and the Sponsor as required in all editorial and promotional activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners agree to grant to the Promoter a perpetual and exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.42 The winners agree they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.

6. NOLIABILITY

6.3 Seven Network (Operations) Limited & affiliates, the Sponsors and its franchisees and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
a) duringthejudging;
b) whilstundertakinganytravelwonorconnectedwiththeirentryintothecompetition;or
c) in the participation in any prize;
d) asaconsequenceoflate,lostormisdirectedmail;
