‘’TOP UP THE TANK” PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Centro Lutwyche “Top up the Tank (“Promotion”) commences at 9.00am (local time) on Thursday 13 June 2013 and concludes at 5.30pm (local time) on Thursday 27 June 2013 (“Promotional Period”).
2. The Promotion is promoted by CPM (Qld) Pty Ltd ACN 085 255 581 (“Promoter”) Centro Lutwyche located at 543 Lutwyche Rd, Lutwyche QLD 4030 (“Centro Lutwyche”).
3. All entrants will be subject to, and will need to adhere to, the terms and conditions as set out by the Promoter and any future terms and conditions or alterations to these terms and conditions.
The Prize
4. The Promotion prize pool has a total value of $2,975 and consists of fourteen (14) x $100 Coles Express Shell Gift Cards, twenty eight (28) x $50 Coles Express Shell Gift Cards and seven (7) x $25 Coles Express Shell Gift Cards (each a “Prize”).
5. The Prize is supplied by Coles Group Limited (ABN 11 004 089 936) (“Supplier”).

www.giftcards.com.au. Click Gift Card Terms of Use at the bottom of the web page for all details. It is the responsibility of the Winner to avail themselves of all conditions of the card.
7. The Prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind and is subject to terms and conditions.
8. The Prize is only redeemable at Coles Express Shell outlets and must be redeemed within 12 months of the issue date.
How to Enter
9. To enter the Promotion, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
(a) Visit a Freebies RewardsTM machine located at Centro Lutwyche and;
i. IF ALREADY A FREEBIES REWARDSTM MEMBER: Scan their Freebies RewardsTM membership card and select “Instant Win” to enter the Promotion; or
ii. IF NOT A FREEBIES REWARDSTM MEMBER: Register their details on the Freebies RewardsTM machine to enter the Promotion and subsequently scan their Freebies RewardsTM membership card and
select “Instant Win” to enter the Promotion
10. In order to be eligible for the Promotion, customers must adhere to Freebies
RewardsTM terms and conditions which can be found at

The Draw
11. Entries will be randomly selected through the Freebies RewardsTM machine “Instant
Win” function (“Draw”) and will immediately be notified that they have won a Prize upon scanning their Freebies RewardsTM membership card as outlined in clause 9 (“Winner”). A voucher will then immediately print from the Freebies RewardsTM machine to redeem the Prize (“Voucher”).
12. The Voucher will be issued in the entrant’s name and/or membership number.
13. Proof of Freebies RewardsTM membership and identity will be required to collect any
Prize.
14. All Winners must collect their Prize from the Centre Management office at Centro
Lutwyche before the expiry date printed on the Voucher. Failure to redeem the Voucher before the expiry date will result in the Winner forfeiting the Prize.
General Terms
15. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
16. Any decision made by Centro Lutwyche Centre Management in respect of the
Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. If the Prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to
substitute the Prize for a Prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable
statutory requirements.
18. The warranty on the goods and services obtained as a result of this Promotion
remains the sole responsibility of the manufacturer/supplier of the Prize.
19. By entering the Promotion, entrants hereby give Centro Lutwyche and the Promoter authority to publicly announce their name (should they be a Winner) at the time of the
Draw and at any stage thereafter.
20. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of the entrants
(including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who does not adhere to the terms and conditions of Freebies RewardsTM or these terms and conditions.
21. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected Winner Vouchers. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or the terms & conditions of Freebies RewardsTM or engaged in unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such a person are reserved.
22. The Promotion is open to all residents of Queensland over the age of 18 except employees, contractors, agents of Centro Lutwyche, sponsors of the Promotion and their immediate families; employees of Federation Limited or related body corporate and their immediate families; tenants in Centro Lutwyche and their immediate families; the staff of tenants in Centro Lutwyche and their immediate families; the contractors of tenants in Centro Lutwyche and their immediate families; the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this Promotion and their immediate families. Immediate families means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenant means lessees, licensees and, in the case of a corporation, includes its directors.
23. The Promoter (including its related entities) and its respective officers, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of the Promotion or in connection with the Prize.
24. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize.
Privacy
25. By partaking in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promoter may use information provided in connection with claiming the Prize in accordance with Federation Centres’ Privacy Policy Collection Statement.
