Eligibility
Rose-Hip Vital® Canine giveaway competition is conducted and promoted by Dr Katrina Warren (Toby The Wonderdog), The Wonderdogs and The Rosehip Specialists™ Pty Ltd.
Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take a prize if they are selected as a winner.
All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoters, form part of these Terms and Conditions.
To enter, you must have an Australian postage address.
Rose-Hip Vital® Canine employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents and children.
Entry to the Promotion commences at 2:00 on 14/06/2013 and closes at 23:59 on 30/06/2013. All times are stated using the 24 hour clock. 00:00hrs is the start of a day and 24:00hrs is the end of a day.
Prize Draw
The Judges will award the prizes in the promotion to the Participant/s who is responsible for the best text submissions based on creative merit. Best text submissions are judged internally, and judging criteria is at the discretion of The Rosehip Specialists ™ Pty Ltd. Entrants can only enter the promotion once.
The judging will begin on 1/07/2013 and conclude by 4/07/2013. Winners will be notified within seven days and prizes will be mailed within 28 days of the winners being announced.
Inappropriate Content
Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered. The Promoters retain sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
Rights
No purchase is necessary to participate. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, text, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
