The promotion “$50,000 RetireRight Game Giveaway” will run from 16 April 2013 to 20 August 2013. The Promoter is Yellow Brick Road Holdings Limited of Level 11, 1 Chifley Square, Sydney NSW 2000.

Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
Subject to the other limitations set out here, to enter and be eligible to win, entrants must follow all instructions stated on the online entry form and in these terms and conditions.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia (who are 18 years of age or over), however employees of the Promoter, and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

Participants can enter via the Yellow Brick Road website www.ybr.com.au. To enter, entrants will be required to complete the RetireRight game and provide various personal information including name, email address, residential address, contact phone number/s, date of birth and gender.
The competition will commence at 11:00AM AEST on Friday 16 April 2013, and entries will close at 11:00AM AEST on Wednesday 21st August 2013.
The prize draw will take place on 22/08/13 at 11:00 am (AEST) at Webqem, level 1, 130-132 Military Road, Neutral Bay, NSW, 2089 in the presence of an independent witness.
The Promoter will notify each winner by mail within two days of the draw, and publish the winners names on the promoters website (www.ybr.com.au) on 23/08/13 for a period not less than 28 days.

The grand prize winner will win a payment made to their nominated bank account to the value of $30,000.00. There will also be four secondary winners who will also be picked at random and will win a payment made to their nominated bank account to the value of $5,000 each. Total prize pool is valued at $50,000.00

All prizes and payments are from Yellow Brick Road Wealth Management Pty Limited ABN 93 128 650 037 (AFSL 323 825) ("YBRWM").
Prizes must be redeemed in full by 21/10/13.

The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.

The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
Subject to any written direction, in the event a prize is unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw from all non-winning entries will take place at Webqem, level 1, 130-132 Military Road, Neutral Bay, NSW, 2089 in the presence of an independent witness on 21/11/13 at 11.00 am(AEST). Winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified in writing within two days of the draw and the Winners names will be published on the promoters website (www.ybr.com.au) for a period of not less than 28 days from 22/11/13.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, YBRWM and the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason; (d) any variation in prize value; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) redemption of a prize and/or (g) participation in the promotion.

Neither the Promoter or YBRWM will be liable for any fees or charges which result from the payment made on a nominated bank account.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
The Promoter reserves the right to publish/promote the winner’s story and information on how they may have benefited from the prize.

The winners may be featured on our website. It is a condition of accepting the prize that each winner provide the Promoter with any photographs of and/or information regarding the redeemed prize for inclusion on our website or blog. Inclusion of any such feature (including but not limited to creative control and date of inclusion) will remain at the complete discretion of the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to use any content submitted by competition entrants, and by submitting such content entrants agree to transfer all copyright and IP rights to the Promoter (or its nominee) for the submitted content.
