By entering the Sunrise End of Financial Year Bonus Competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and c on di ti ons :

2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Ltd, MNet Mobile Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3.1 The competition commences on Monday 24 June 2013 at 6.00am (AEST) and concludes on Friday 28 June 2013 at 4.30pm (AEST) (“the Competition Period”) however, the eligible entry period for each daily prizewill commenceand concludeon the following dates and times:

3.2 In order to enter, viewers must watch Sunrise (“the Program”) on the Seven Network during the Competition Period. Each morning throughout the Competition Period there will be a competition segment aired during the Program (or any replacement program broadcast in the Sunrise timeslot) which will disclosea code word each day.
3.3 Inordertoenter,viewersmusteither:
a) ring 1902 55 77 07 and register the daily code word, the entrant’s name, address, state,
postcode,contactdaytimetelephonenumber (includingSTDareacode);or
b) send a text message/SMS to 19 777 077 including the daily code word and the entrant’s full
nameandaddress.
3.4 For viewers in all states, the entry costs (for both 1902 and SMS entry) is $0.55 (including GST). Note
that SMS entries are charged at premium rate. Higher rates apply to calls to the 1902 prefix phone
numbers frommobilephones.
3.5 Entrants (including the winners) may enter the competition as many times as they like. The time of
entry will in each case be the time the SMS message and/or 1902 telephone call are received by the
MNet MobilePty Ltd database.
3.6 For clarification, entrants may use any one of the five codewords provided during the Sunrise
programs throughout thecompetition period to bea valid entry.
3.7 SMS entries via theinternet or computer generation areinvalidand will not beaccepted.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be one (1) prize winner each day (5 prize winners in total throughout Competition Period). Winners will receive:

An additional 1 x $9,500 for each winner that answers their telephone when called as set out in clauses 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7 and 5.8.
TOTAL PRIZE POOL VALUE: $50,000
Cheques will be made payable to each winner to the value of the prize won.
4.3 In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footageandphotographsinallmedia worldwideandtheywillnotbeentitledtoanyfeeforsuchuse.
4.4 Winnersshouldseekindependentfinancialadviceaboutanytaximplications thatmayarisefromthe prize winnings.
4.5 The winners agree they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and or photographs to any media or other organisation.

5. HOWTOWIN
5.1 One (1) prize winner each day (5 in total) will be drawn from the national pool of daily entrants received. EachentrantwhohasenteredthecompetitionovertheCompetitionPeriodandregistered all details in accordance with clause 3 by using the 1902 prefix telephone number or a mobile phone with a reply path whose SMS message has passed through the Telco carriers between the daily competition dates and times as stated in clause 3.1 (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be entered into the relevant daily draws following the close of entries for that draw. Daily draws will be conducted on Monday 24 June 2013, Tuesday 25 June 2013, Wednesday 26 June 2013, Thursday 27 June 2013 and Friday 28 June 2013 at 4.40pm AEST . All draws will take place at MNet Mobile Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Each winner drawn in accordance with clause 5.1 will win $500.
5.2 Each day from Tuesday 25 June 2013 to Monday 1 July 2013 (inclusive) Sunrise will attempt to announce the one (1) winner for that day live on the Sunrise program. The winner must be available to receive a telephone call confirming their prize on the dates detailed in clauses 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7 and 5.8 below to beable to win an additional $9,500.
5.3 The telephone call must be answered personally and must not go to an answering machine and/or voicemail as it will be deemed invalid and not answered under these terms and conditions.
5.4 On Tuesday 25 June 2013 Sunrise will call the Day 1 winner from the draw conducted in clause 5.1.
The entrant will be contacted as per the telephone number provided within their IVR or SMS entry. The entrant will be required to answer the phone within 5 rings. If winner does not answer the phoneanyclaimtotheadditionalprizeof$9,500willbeforfeitedand theDay1additionalprizevalue willjackpotandbecarriedover to theDay2prizepool.
5.5 On Wednesday 26 June 2013 Sunrise will call the Day 2 winner from the draw conducted in clause 5.1. The entrant will be contacted as per the telephone number provided within their IVR or SMS entry. The entrant will be required to answer the phone within 5 rings. If winner does not answer thephoneanyclaimtotheadditional prizeof$9,500willbeforfeitedandtheDay2additional prize willjackpotandbecarriedover toDay3 prizepool.
5.6 OnThursday27June2013thehostsofSunrisewillcalltheDay3winnerfromthedrawconductedin clause 5.1. The entrant will be contacted as per the telephone number provided within their IVR or SMS entry. The entrant will be required to answer the phone within 5 rings. If the winner does not answer the phone any claim to the additional prize of $9,500 will be forfeited and the Day 3 additional prize will jackpot and be carried over to Day 4 prize pool.
5.7 OnFriday28June2013SunrisewillcalltheDay4winnerfromthedrawconductedinclause5.1. The entrant will be contacted as per the telephone number provided within their IVR or SMS entry. The entrant will be required to answer the phone within 5 rings. If winner does not answer the phone any claim to the additional prize of $9,500 will be forfeited and the Day 4 additional prize will jackpot and becarried over to Day5prizepool.
5.8 On Monday 1 July 2013 Sunrise will call the Day 5 winner from the draw conducted in clause 5.1. The entrantwillberequiredtoanswerthephonewithin5rings. Ifthewinnerdoesnotanswerthephone any claim to the additional prize of $9,500 will be forfeited and any claim to the additional prize will be forfeited.
5.9 In the event that any jackpot value remains at the end of the Sunrise program on Monday 1 July 2013 the jackpot value will be included in a final draw from all non-winning entrants and will be held on Monday 1 July 2013 at 10:00 AEST at MNet Mobile Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Winners of the final jackpot draw can win up to (and no more than) $10,000 each and the number of winners will be dependent on thevalue of theremaining Jackpot.
5.10 Only one prize per person, per household will be awarded (with the exception of SA residents who are entitled to win more than one prize).
5.11 Daily winners may be announced in Sunrise the next day. Winners will be notified by phone call within 2 days of the draw and a letter advising winners of their prize will also be mailed out. All winnerswillbepublishedinthePublicNoticessectionofTheAustraliannewspaperonMonday 8July 2013.
5.12 The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the r es ul t.
5.13 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a formdetermined by thePromoter in its absolute discretion.

6. NOLIABILITY
6.1 The Seven Network (Operations) Ltd and affiliates, MNet Mobile Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies associated with this promotion, will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.2 The Seven Network (Operations) Ltd and affiliates, MNet Mobile Pty Ltd, and their associated employees, agencies and companies associated with this promotion will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim, damages, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this promotion and/orits prizes that may occur:
a) duringthedraw;
b) in the participation in any prize;
c) asaconsequenceoflate,lostormisdirectedmail;
d) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any
material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other
