Terms and Conditions

This document sets out the terms of participation in the YourKidsEd 'Dealing With Feelings' Competition (the Competition").

1. The promoter of the Competition is Odyssey Vision, Pty. Ltd. operating as Your Kids Ed (the "Promoter") (ABN 81 072 963 752)

2. Entry to the Competition is free. To enter the Competition, unregistered participants must: become a registered member of Your Kids Ed, and provide the details requested. Register by following the “Register/Subscribe” link above, or on the homepage. They must then login and tick 'yes' to enter the 'Dealing With Feelings' Competition. Members already registered must login and tick 'yes' to enter the 'Dealing With Feelings'Competition.

3. You must agree to the Terms for using this site.

4. The competition is open to residents of Australia only.

5. The Competition commences at 12pm (AEDT Melbourne time) on Wednesday, 26th June, 2013 and closes at 5pm (AEDT Melbourne time) on Friday, 2nd August 2013 ("Competition Period"). Any entry received after the expiry of the Competition Period will not be accepted. The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, misdirected or not received for any reason.

6. Each registered user who logs in and clicks 'Yes' to enter the 'Dealing With Feelings' Competition will be counted as an entry. Only one entry per person will be accepted. All entries received by the Promoter which satisfy the requirements set out in these Conditions of Entry will be accepted into the Competition.

7. One winning entry will be drawn. The winner will be drawn on Friday, 2nd July 2013 at 5:00 pm (Melbourne time) at the offices of Your Kids Ed.

8. One Prize Winner will receive three books from the set 'Dealing With Feelings' by Nicola Call and Sally Featherstone.

9. The Prize Winner will be notified by email within three days of the prize being drawn. The winner’s name will be published on the website and in the next email update. The Prize Winner must have a valid email address registered with YourKidsEd on their member profile.

10. The Promoter may use any information (including personal information) provided by any person who submits an entry to contact them for any reason in relation to the Competition.

11. The decision of the Promoter in relation to any aspect of the Competition will be final and will be binding on every person who enters the Competition. No correspondence will be entered into.

12. The Prize Winner must claim the prize by responding to the notification email, and providing a name and delivery address within seven days of being contacted by YourKidsEd. Failure to claim the prize by responding by email within this period will result in a redraw and the original Prize Winner will not be entitled to any supplementary prize or benefit.

13. Entry in this competition shall be deemed to be an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
