Terms & Conditions Spicer’s getaway competition (Burbs)
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.

Entry is open to individuals who are Australian residents aged 18 years and over, except Directors, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and any subsidiaries or related entities thereof and the agencies associated with this promotion.
3. The promotion commences on 01 June 2013 at 08:00 am AEST and closes on 1st July 2013 8 am (“Promotion Period”).
4. To enter, individuals need to either:
(a) visit
www.burbsprOperty.com.au/hometree, follow the prompts and fully complete the entry form and submit the form; OR
(b) Place your name, address, state and contact telephone number on the entry form at the Burbs Property stand at the Homebuyer and property Investor Show.
5. Entrants are not required to purchase any product from Burbs Property to qualify for entry.
6. All entries must be received by 23:59 pm (AEST) on 1 July 2013. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries howsoever caused. The Promoter is not liable for any problems or technical difficulties associated with the online entry system used for this promotion, whether caused by website users, any equipment or programming associated with or utilised for this promotion or any technical error that may arise in the course of running the promotion. The Promoter and its associated agencies and contractors accept no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
7. All costs of accessing the Promoter’s website are the entrant’s responsibility and will depend on the internet service provider used.
8. Entry is limited to one (1) per person. All duplicate entries will be removed prior to the draw.
9. The draw will be conducted at 2pm AEST at the offices of Burbs Property, Unit 30G La Balsa building, Moololaba 4557, on 07 July 2013 via a random computer generated draw.
10. The prize is a 2 night stay including breakfast and 3 course dinner for 2 (valid over 7 days) worth $948.
11. Or a 1 night dinner, bed and breakfast stay. (Valid Sun to Thursday) at The Spicers Tamarind Retreat. 88 Obi Ln Maleny QLD 4552
12. This price does not include transport to and from the destination
13. The prize does not include costs of lunch, beverages or other incidentals.
14. The winner is responsible for the payment of any personal taxes associated with winning the prize.
15. The competition is a game of skill.
16. The first entry selected by random computer generated draw will win. The winner will be notified by telephone and email on 02 July 2013 and the winner’s name will be published on the
www.burbsproperty.com.au/homtree website.
17. The winner of the prize and their 2nd party must be able to travel between 20th January 2013 until 30th June 2013.
18. To redeem and accept the prize the winner must be available to travel between 20th January 2013 until 30th June 2013. The prize is not redeemable for cash. The draw results are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

If the winner does not claim the prize or notifies the promoter that it is not able to travel in the specified dates or is not contactable by 23:59 (AEST) by 16th July 2013 on the contact information supplied on the entry form, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw. An unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 10:00 (AEST) on 17th July 2013 at Burbs Property offices Mooloolaba, Australia, via a random computer generated draw. The winner of the unclaimed prize will be notified by telephone with confirmation by email on 18th July 2013.
20. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of conducting this promotion and for marketing purposes. By entering this competition, the entrants become a member of Hometree online membership database. They will receive e-newsletters. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its partners to assist with the conduct of this promotion, or to communicate with entrants. The Promoter may also disclose entrants’ personal information to lottery authorities and winners’ names may be published as required under applicable legislation. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, during or after the closing date of the promotion to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entries by any person who tampers with, or benefits from tampering with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to, infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the written directions of any relevant authority.

The Promoter, its related entities and associated agencies and contractors will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death howsoever caused which is suffered or sustained by any person arising out of or in any way connected with this promotion, or the use of any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
