Terms & Conditions
Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.
Entries are only open to residents in Australia and you will need to be able to visit the store for a fitting. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Employees and their immediate families, any associated business or their associated agencies and companies associated with the business are ineligible.
The competition commences on the first day of each March 2013 at 12.00am EST
and concludes on March 1st 2014. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes cannot be transferred for cash.
The entries will be drawn by the promoter with 3 weeks of the competition closure date. The first legible and complete entry to be drawn from the entry box will be declared the winner.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the promoter will modify or suspend the competition as they see fit.
The winners will be notified through one of the following media: email and telephone if supplied.
Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the promoter and correct at the time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars and include GST.
All entries become the property of the promoter. All entries will be entered into a data base and the promoter may use the entrant’s names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
Prizes are as follows: 1 men’s or ladies suit to the retail value of $1,500 – 1 jacket and 1 matching pant/skirt. Please note that only one entry into this draw is allowed. Members who are found to have more than one entry at the time of the prize draw are ineligible to win.
The promoter has the right to change the conditions at any time.
Prizes are non-transferrable.
