COMPETITION TIME LINE
The giveaway is open to Australian residents only from 8am Friday 28th June with final entries to be received at 11.59pm on Friday 12th July 2013.
The winners will be selected from all eligible entries in descending order of prize value at 10:00am Monday 15th July 2013 and be notified via email by Inspired by Lily Rose.
The winners have 24 hours to respond to this notification and produce proof of identity and Australian residency (Drivers License) or they will forfeit their prize and another winner will be selected and notified following the same process of draw.

The winners once verified to the satisfaction of the promoter will be announced publicly.
COMPEITION FORMAT & PROCESS
This competition is a Game of Skill and chance plays no part in the selection of the winners.
Entry is via liking all participating pages of the 26 sponsor businesses and answering the question: What is the best toy you have purchased and why? in 25 words or less.
The process for selecting the winner of the game of skill will be by panel. The promoter Inspired by Lily Rose will nominate two other participating sponsor businesses and this will form the panel for selection of the winners.
PERMITS & COMPLIANCE TO STATE GAMING REGULATIONS
In accordance with all State Regulations for online competitions chance plays no part in this competition and the total prize value is $1200.
Entry is open to all states per the following qualifications;
ACT / New South Wales / South Australia / Queensland / Tasmania: This competition is a deemed a Ôgame of skillÕ (chance plays no part in determining the winner of this promotion) and a permit is not required regardless of prize value.
Victoria: A permit is not required for prize values under $5000 and when the competition is deemed a Ôgame of skillÕ. Per the Act the winners name will be published on the promoters website for not less than 28 days.
Western Australia: A permit is not required for this competition as entry is free for all participants and no money is taken for entry.
