Who may enter?
Entry is only open to persons who meet all the following criteria:
(i) Australian residents;
(ii) aged 18 years or over if entering to win the concert tickets for Perth or
Darwin;
(iii) entrants under 18 years must have parent/guardian approval to enter
and the parent/guardian must have read and consented to these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may request the parents/guardian to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent, and the parent/guardian must comply with such request;
(iv) is willing, ready and able to complete all entry requirements at the times and dates set out in these Terms and Conditions; and
(v) is able to attend the relevant concert on the applicable date.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, auntie, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step- sister or first cousin.

Promotional Period
Promotion starts at 26/6/2013 and closes at 12pm AEST on the following dates for the relevant concert:
(i) Sydney 2nd July 2013;
(ii) Melbourne 3rd July 2013;
(iii) Perth 8th July 2013;
(iv) Brisbane 11th July 2013;
(v) Adelaide 11th July 2013; and (vi) Darwin 11th July 2013.4.
How to enter?
To enter, eligible entrants must complete the following before the closing date for the relevant concert they wish to win tickets to as detailed in part 3 of this Schedule:
(i) visit the Hyundai Facebook Page;
(ii) like the page to enter;
(iii) provide a response to the question in 25 words or less "what you'd do to meet Bliss n Eso;
(iv) provide all requested details, including details of what concert they
would like to win tickets to.
Limit of one (1) entry per person
Prize is 15 tickets for the winner (to be used by him/her and 14 friends) to meet Bliss n Eso, attend the soundcheck, and then the relevant concert as detailed below:
(i) Sydney 5th July 2013 at Enmore Theatre at 5pm;
(ii) Melbourne 6th July 2013 at Festival Hall at 5pm;
(iii) Perth 10th July 2013 at Metro City at 5pm - must be 18+ to attend;
(iv) Brisbane 12th July 2013 at Eatons Hill Hotel at 5pm;
(v) Adelaide 13th July 2013 at Adelaide Entertainment Centre Theatre at 5pm; and
(vi) Darwin 14thJuly 2013 at Discovery Nightclub - must be 18+ to attend.
Prizes are tickets only. All ancillary costs with attending the prize, including travel costs, are not included. If the winner is under 18 years of age a legal guardian must take the winner and his/her friends to the concert door, and pick them up after the concert at the concert door. The Promoter is not responsible for looking after any person attending the concert, including any person aged under 18 years of age. If the winner is under 18 years of age the Promoter recommends that a parent or legal guardian attend the concert with their child/ward. The prize must be taken on the nominated dates, and the Promoter will not be responsible or pay any compensation or provide an alternative if the winner or his/her friends fail to take the prize on the nominated dates.
Bliss n Eso’s promoter, The Mushroom Group, will attempt to contact a person selected to receive the prize on two occasions by phone. If they do not answer the phone or are not contactable within 48 hours they may be deemed invalid by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility if any concert is cancelled or delayed for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter.
The best valid entry for each nominated concert, as determined by the Promoter’s appointed judges, will win the prize.
This promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner/s. Each entry will be individually judged, and such judgment will be based on literary and creative merit of the entry.
Maximum value of each prize is up to $916.50, depending upon concert.

Redraw or redetermination of winner:
If a prize is unclaimed by the winner by the time specified by the Promoter or the winner selected by the Promoter’s appointed judges is otherwise ineligible to be awarded the prize because they are unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions, that winner will forfeit the prize, and the Promoter may award the prize to another entrant who the Promoter’s judges select.Permit numbers
