Please read these Terms before entering the Promotion. If you participate in the Promotion you will be deemed to have agreed to and accepted the Terms.
Eligibility:
Entry is open to all residents of Australia who are 15 years of age or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of We Are Social Pty Ltd, Roadshow Films Ptd. (“Roadshow”), and their associated agencies and related bodies corporate (“Eligible Entrant”).
Start and end dates for Promotion
The Promotion commences on Friday 5 July, 2013 at 18:00 (AEST) and concludes on Sunday 7 July, 2013 at 18:00 (AEST) (“Promotion Period”).Entries must be received by the closing date and time set out in point 2. The time of entry will in each case be the time the photo is posted by the entrant.

To enter, you must:

‘Follow’ the Roadshow Films Twitter Page. (If you have already ‘followed’ the Roadshow Films Twitter Page, this is null and void);
Submit your glyph on Twitter using the hashtag #ManofSteelAU
Each valid Primary Entry will entitle you to one (1) entry in the prize draw.

Winners will be drawn based on the most creative answer which will take place at We Are Social Pty Ltd at 107 Regent St Chippendale, NSW 2008 on Monday 8 July at 10:00 (AEST).
Winners of the draw will be notified of their Prize on Twitter by Monday 8 July. The Winners’ details will be published on the Roadshow Films Twitter Page on Monday 8 July, 2013. By entering this Promotion, you agree to your name being published on the Roadshow FIlms Twitter Page if you are a Winner.
Unclaimed prize draw
If a Prize remains unclaimed at 8 July 2013 13:00 (AEST), an unclaimed prize draw will take place at We Are Social Pty Ltd at 107 Regent St Chippendale, NSW 2008 on 8 July 2013 at 14:00 (AEST). The Winner will be notified within 2 days of the draw and will be notified of their Prize via Twitter and their details will be published on the Roadshow Films Twitter page on Tuesday 9 July, 2013.
Change of contact details
If your details change at any time between the date you enter the Promotion and the relevant draw date, please notify the Promoter. The Promoter will not be responsible for any entries or Prizes that cannot be submitted or delivered because your details have changed.
In the event of any uncertainty as to the claim to a Prize or the identity of a Winner, the Prize will be forfeited.
When will an entry be invalid or rejected?
Entries into the Promotion may be invalid or the Promoter may reject entries if Roadshow or the Promoter reasonably forms the opinion that an entry is invalidated for any reason, including but not limited to the entry being:
made using automated entry means or by use of a computer entry service;
late;
incomplete;
incorrect or incomprehensible, including if an entrant provides the wrong details;
breaches Roadshow Film’s User Agreement;
fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter or Roadshow Films;
unlawful;
offensive, or contains profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements,;
capable of encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offence;
capable of giving rise to civil liability;
made on behalf of an entrant by a third party or otherwise by proxy;
the entrant fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter’s satisfaction; or
submitted in a manner that is not accordance with these Terms.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms or who tampers with the entry process.
The cost of accessing the promotional website and entering the Promotion will be borne by the entrant.
Other terms
If you are a Winner:
the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for the conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter, Roadshow Films and their related bodies corporate are not responsible or liable for any loss or damages incurred by any party if any Prize is unavailable;
the Prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry. However, in the event of a dispute between the entrant and the account holder, the Prize will be awarded to the account holder of the entry mechanism used to submit their entry (i.e. Twitter account holder);
once any Prize has left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter, Roadshow Films, their related bodies corporate and any other entities associated with the Promotion are not liable or responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage to the Prizes;
the Promoter may ask you to provide proof of your age, identity and residency, and to sign any required documentation including release forms as a condition of claiming the Prize;
there may be tax implications from winning a Prize in this Promotion, please seek independent financial advice before you accept the Prize; and
it is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
In consideration for the Promoter awarding the Prize to the Winner, the Winner hereby permits the Winner’s image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed or filmed during the Winner’s participation in the Prize to appear in connection with Roadshow Films, Village Roadshow and its related bodies corporate or the advertising or marketing thereof, in any media whatsoever throughout the world and the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
You must ensure that your entries are received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter not time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoter, Roadshow Films and their related bodies corporate are not responsible for any entries not received or for any delays in the delivery of any entries.
Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter.
All entrants unconditionally and irrevocably release and discharge Twitter from any and all liability in relation to this Promotion.
If for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion take any action that may be available, including to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion subject to any direction given under the relevant state/territory permit regulations and/or disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Roadshow Films. and the Promoter, including their related bodies corporate, exclude all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to:
any technical difficulties, technical error or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter or Roadshow Film’s control);
any error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay, defect, theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms;
any tax liability incurred by a Winner or Eligible Entrant; or
use of a Prize.
Collection of your personal information
All entries become the property of the Promoter and Roadshow FIlms.
The Promoter collects and uses your personal information to enable it to administer this Promotion. Your personal information may be disclosed to third parties including marketing and communications agencies in order to conduct this Promotion and to the authorities responsible for the regulation of lotteries. Winners' names will be published and retained as required by relevant legislation and as specified in these Terms.
