3) The competition period starts on Monday 1

July 2013 at 9am AEST and ends on Sunday

August 2013 at 11:59pm AEST (the “
Competition Period
”), subject to clause 5(b)
below regarding the acceptance of postal entries up
to 30 August 2013.
4) To enter, participants must:
a) have original proof of purchase receipt of any S
wisse Vitamins purchased from a
Chemmart Pharmacy during the Competition Period; an

b) provide SBS with their contact details, includin
g (but not limited to) name, address
and phone number;
c) Participants are automatically signed up to the
SBS Cycling Central e-newsletter.
5) Participants may enter the competition by one of
the following means:
a) go to sbs.com.au/tdf and follow the directions o
n the website. Participants must
submit their entry by clicking on the “Enter Compet
ition” button. Participants
entering online must provide their original proof o
f purchase receipt upon request in
order to claim any prize; or
b) fill in an entry form from any participating Che

6) Multiple entries permitted, subject to the follo
wing;
a) Only one (1) entry permitted per proof of purcha
se requirement in paragraph 4(a);
b) Each entry must be submitted in accordance with
entry requirements; and
c)
A maximum of four (4) entries is permitted per r
esidential address.7) SBS reserves the right to request winners to pro
vide proof of identity, proof of Australian
residency status at the nominated prize delivery ad
dress and/or proof of entry validity
including, but not limited to, original proof of pu
rchase receipt if entered online, in order to
claim a prize. Acceptance of proof of identificatio
n, Australian residency status and valid
entry considered suitable for verification is at th
e discretion of SBS. In the event that a
winner cannot provide proof, the winner will forfei
t the prize in whole and no substitute will

10) The Major Prize is valued up to $12,500

11) Five runner-up prizes will be awarded. One runn
er up prize will be awarded for each of the
following regions: WA / NSW&ACT / VIC&TAS / QLD / S
A&NT. Each runner-up prize
consists of one (1) SCOTT bike (2013 Cr1) valued up
to $2,599.95 each (RRP). Total
runner up prize pool is valued up to $12,999.75 (RR
P) GST inclusive. The first valid entry
from each region drawn from the remaining entries w
ill win a runner-up prize.
12) All valid entries are automatically entered int
o the Major Prize draw. The prize winners will
be drawn at random by SBS (or its nominated agent)
on Friday 6
th
September 2013 at
10am at SBS Corporation, 14 Herbert Street, Artarmo
n, NSW 2064. The prize winners will
be notified in writing, by email and phone. The nam
es of the winners will be published in
The Australian and on SBS website on Tuesday 10

September, 2013.
13) If any prize winner cannot be contacted by 10am
Friday 6
th
December 2013, SBS or its
nominated agent will draw another winner of the app
licable prize from all remaining valid
entries (“Second Chance Draw”). The Second Chance D
raw winner will be notified in
writing, by email and phone on Friday 6
th
December 2013 at 10:30am and published in The
Australian on Tuesday 10
th
December 2013.
14) The total value of all prizes is valued up to $
25,499.75 (RRP) GST inclusive.
15) There may be circumstances in which the Promote
r cannot provide the prizes as described
for reasons beyond its reasonable control. In thos
e circumstances, the Promoter will
provide an alternative prize or prizes of equal or
greater value to the promoted prizes.
16) Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and
cannot be taken as cash.
17) SBS accepts no responsibility for any loss, dam
ages, or injury incurred to enter the
competition or in connection with taking up the pri
zes.
18) Once prizes have left the prize supplier’s prem
ises, we take no responsibility for prizes
damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
TRAVEL
19) The Major Prize will be provided on dates yet t
o be determined between 28 June 2014 and
25 July 2014 (“
Travel Period
”). The actual travel dates for the Major Prize ar
e to be
determined by the third party travel provider at a
later date once exact route of the 2014

Tour de France is announced and confirmed. Entrants
must be available to travel at any
time within the Travel Period. If the Major Prize w
inner is not available or able to travel to all
destinations forming part of the Major Prize on the
actual travel dates, the tickets shall be
deemed null and void and the Major Prize will be fo
rfeited.
20) The Major Prize winner and their travel compani
on (who must also also be over the age of
18) will not accrue any frequent flyer points from
taking the Major Prize.
21) The Major Prize must be booked through Green Ed
ge Cycling or their nominated agent,
prior to 1
st
April 2014
. Bookings are subject to availability and are not
re-routable. Once
booked and approved by the prize supplier, any chan
ges may incur a cancellation fee or
amendment fee at the cost of the winner. Once tick
ets have been issued they cannot be
changed.
22) Neither SBS nor prize supplier/s or their assoc
iated companies will be held liable for any
loss, damage or injury of the results directly or i
ndirectly from the winner taking part in any
aspect of the prize. Where relevant, the winner agr
ees that they take full responsibility for
any activities engaged in while travelling and enga
ging in the prize package and will take
out appropriate travel insurance.
23) Prize winners are responsible for all costs not
expressly listed as being included in the
prize, including without limitation, meals, enterta
inment, other travel and accommodation,
transfers, passports, visas, re-entry permits, spen
ding money, freights, excess baggage,
government taxes, departure taxes, ground transport
ation any tax liabilities, airport
charges, any applicable surcharges and any other re
lated costs. Travel insurance is not
included in the prize and will be the responsibilit
y of the winner(s). Travel insurance is
highly recommended to protect against the additiona
l costs incurred in the event of
unforeseen circumstances.
24) Travel arrangements to and from the nearest cap
ital city airport in Australia do not form part
of the prize and are the responsibility of the winn
er.
25) The prize winner and their travelling companion
must travel together to all destinations
forming part of the Major Prize.
26) It is the responsibility of the winner to enqui
re about local issues and conditions at
destinations before travel.
27) Neither SBS nor the prize supplier or their ass
ociated companies is responsible, to the
extent permitted by law, for acts of god, acts of t
errorism or war (declared or undeclared) or
other events beyond SBS and prize supplier’s contro
l which prevent awarding or
acceptance of the prize in accordance with the priz
e description.
28) FINAL CONDITIONS
29) SBS’s decision is final and no correspondence w
ill be entered into.
30) SBS takes no liability for any tax issues which
may arise from accepting a prize in this
competition. Consult an independent tax adviser if
this is a concern.
31) Prize values are based upon the recommended ret
ail prices at the time of printing (inclusive
of GST). SBS accepts no responsibility for change i
n prize value between now and the
ultimate prize redemption date.
32) It is a condition of accepting the prize that t
he winner must comply with all the conditions of
use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requireme
nts.
33) Except for any liability that cannot be exclude
d by law, SBS (including its officers,
employees and agents) excludes all liability (inclu
