Terms and Conditions for the Kangaroo Island & Fleurieu Peninsula Holiday
Participation
Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Kangaroo Island promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The promoter is Ocean Grove Bowling Club Inc, abn 72 723 083 363 c/o Sealink Travel Group abn 69 007 122 367.
The promotion commences on 9th July 2013 and ends at 6pm AEST on Friday 31st August 2013 (“Promotional Period”). The prize will be drawn at 8pm AEST Friday 31st August 2013.
Entry is open residents aged 18 years or over.
To be eligible for the prize draw, entrants must be current members of the Ocean Grove Bowling Club Inc. and have made a purchase of $20 of more on food or beverage at the Club. You may enter as many times as you wish.
Employees and their immediate families of the promoter and agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent.
The Kangaroo Island & Fleurieu Peninsula Holiday prize will be drawn at 8pm AEST on Friday 31st August 2013 at the Ocean Grove Bowling Club, 18 The Terrace, Ocean Grove, Vic, 3226.
The winner will be notified by email and phone the same day.
If the prize is not claimed by 5pm AEST on 13th September 2014, a re-draw will take place at 8pm AEST on 13th September at the above address, and the winner will be notified as per Clause 8.
Prize and Redemption Conditions
The prize package includes:
2 nights’ accommodation at the Victor Apartments in the Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia.
Return ferry travel to Kangaroo Island for 2 Adults and a standard vehicle.
2 nights’ accommodation in a courtyard suite at Kangaroo Island Wilderness Retreat (includes continental breakfast both mornings)
$200.00 Petrol Voucher if member is at the Ocean Grove Bowling Club Inc on the night that the winner is drawn.
The following conditions apply
The prize is valid for travel until 30th June 2014 with the exception of block-out dates which include any school holidays, public holidays and peak periods such as 26th December to 8th January during the valid redemption period.
There will be no extension after this date.
If voucher is not used in its entirety, remaining services will be forfeited.
The prize must be redeemed within the validity period or the prize will be forfeited.
The prize is for two (2) people only and is transferable, but is not available for sale or redeemable for a cash alternative.
Bookings must be made no later than 7 days prior to travel and are subject to availability.
Taxes, fees and surcharges are the responsibility of the prize winner and will need to be paid at the time of booking with a credit card.
$200.00 Petrol Voucher only included if member is present at time of draw.
