1. STANDARD TERMS

2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18 years where the Channel Seven signal is received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Myer, MNET Mobile Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Competition commences on Monday 29 July 2013 at 6.00am (AEST) and concludes on Friday 2 August 2013 at 4.00pm (AEST) (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 In order to enter the Competition, viewers must watch Sunrise (“the Program”) on the Seven Network during the Competition Period where there will be a Competition segment aired during the Program on selected days within the Competition Period (or any replacement program broadcast in the Sunrise timeslot).
3.3 To enter, viewers must log into the Sunrise website (
www.yahoo7.com.au/sunrise) between Monday 29 July 2013 at 6.00am (AEST) and Friday 2 August 2013 at 4.00pm (AEST). Viewers must provide their full name, address (including postcode) and daytime telephone number (including STD area code).
3.4 Only one entry per person will be accepted.
3.5 The time of entry will in each case be the time the registration form is received by the Yahoo7 online database.
3.6 Entries remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. Entrants agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use their entries in all media worldwide and acknowledge that they will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be one (1) winner of the Competition. The prize winner will receive:
1) two (2) return economy airfares to Darwin from either Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney, whichever is the closest airport to the ordinary residential address of the Winner (inclusive of airfare related taxes, charges and a maximum of 20kg luggage allowance for each traveller);
2) transfers for two (2) to Emma Gorge;
3) one (1) nights accommodation (twin share) at Emma Gorge
4) dinner for two (2) at Emma Gorge up to the value of $136.00 (incl GST);
5) two nights (2) accommodation (twin share) at El Questro Station
6) dinner for two (2) at El Questro Station for two (2) nights up to the value of $100.00 (incl GST) per night;
7) two (2) nights accommodation at El Questro Homestead. Includes all meals and selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
8. 30 minute helicopter ride for two (2);
9) Big Day Out Tour for two (2); and
10) transfers to Kununurra for two (2).

Total Combined Prize Value is: AU$11,209 (including GST).
Prize value is correct as of 26 June 2013. The winner is not entitled to receive any money from any party if there is a difference between the maximum prize value and the actual prize value at the time of the draw.
4.2 The Prize must be co-ordinated and booked directly with the Prize provider, Jetstar (Agent), in Australia. Travel must be booked in full with the Agent within three (3) months of the Winner accepting the Prize, or the Prize will be forfeited.
4.3 All components of the Prize must be taken together and within six (6) months of the Winner accepting the Prize or the prize will be forfeited. The Winner and their travel companion must travel together and depart from and return to the same departure point.
4.4 The Winner must make their own way to Sydney, Cairns, Adelaide Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Hobart or Launceston airports in order to meet their Darwin direct or connecting flights. The Prize does not include the cost the Winner may incur to travel to these airports including any ancillary costs (eg excess luggage fees over 20kgs).
4.5 The Prize does not include travel insurance, which is mandatory. The Prize (or any part thereof) cannot be sold, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken for cash. The name on the airfare bookings must appear exactly as written in the Winner’s personal identification and that of the Winner’s travelling companions. The Promoter or Agent are not responsible for denied boarding or any re-issue costs charged by the airline due to an incorrect name supplied.
4.6 The winner and their travelling companion are responsible for all other expenses including flights (if necessary), spending money, any optional tours, optional shore excursions, vaccinations, in-room charges, taxes, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, excess baggage, gratuities, services charges, items of a personal nature, passports, visas vaccinations, government taxes and laundry and all other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is not included in the prize and will be the responsibility of the winner. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
4.7 The Winner is solely responsible for their arrival and departure of their travel companion throughout the travel period, at their own expense, including ensuring all necessary documents, travel authorisations, medical advice and recommended vaccinations and immunisations have been obtained prior to travel and, if required, on or by a date nominated by the Promoter or Agent. Failure to do so may result in a Prize being forfeited or additional costs being incurred at the expense of the Winner.
4.8 The Winner agrees to abide to any prevailing terms and conditions of any airline, accommodation, transport provider, services provider, transfers provider, travel insurance provider, tour or ticket providers, and in particular, any health, behaviour, age and safety requirements. No compensation will be payable by the Agent of the Promoter if a Winner or their travel companion, are unable to use any element of the Prize as stated for whatever reason, including ejection, delay, refusal of entry into or departure from Darwin or participation in certain activities for health, age, behaviour or safety reasons. Any tickets, passes or vouchers issued as part of a Prize are subject to the prevailing terms and conditions of use, are only valid for use within the stated duration on the tickets, passes or vouchers issued, and are not replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged. Any part of a Prize that is not taken for any reason is forfeited by the Winner.
4.9 Unforeseen changes to flight schedules may require you to book additional accommodation and services at your own expense
4.10 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.
4.11 Notice of intent to travel must be received at least 30 days prior to the Winners proposed travel dates. Travel restrictions may apply. El Questro opening times for travel/accommodation are only between May to October annually. Dates (airfares, events and accommodation) are subject to availability, and may not be taken during public holidays. The Winner and their companion may not accrue Qantas Frequent Flyer points or other credits or points associated with any travel loyalty.

4.12 All additional costs which are not expressly stated in this Schedule to be part of the Prize, but which may be incurred in acceptance and use of a Prize, are the responsibility of the Winner and their travel companion and are NOT included in the Prize. Such additional costs include, without limitations, meals and beverages, activities, tickets or passes, room service, telephone calls, mini-bar items, laundry services, spending money, transfers, insurance, travel insurance, excess payable on insurance claims, passports and visas (if applicable). Winners may be required to present a credit card at time of accommodation check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges.
4.13 Flights and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of booking and embargo periods. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other destinations. There will be no credit given if the full value of prize is not utilised.
4.14 The prize winner and their travelling companions must travel on the same flight as each other to their destination and must travel together.
4.15 Once booked, any changes made to the booking may incur a cancellation fee or amendment fee, at the cost of the winner..
4.16 A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winners and guests at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges.
4.17 Seven Network (Operations) Limited and Myer Pty Ltd supports the responsible drinking of alcoholic beverages. Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are available at
www.nhmrc.gov.au. Entry and continued participation in this promotion is subject to the licensee’s liquor serving policy.
4.18 Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize- winner and their family.
4.19 Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unused portion of the prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash.
4.20 Any change in the value of the prize between publishing date and the date prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter. This is the maximum retail value of the prize. Should the cost of travel be less than the costs incurred, the prize winner is not eligible to the difference.
4.21 If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
4.22 In participating in the prizes, the winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winner grants the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.23 The winner agrees that they will not and will ensure that their companions do not sell or otherwise make available their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
4.24 The Winner should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. The Promoter or Agent accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance or redemption of the Prize, or this Promotion.
4.25 The Promoter reserves the right to require the Winner and their travel companion to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter, Agent, or suppliers of Prizes, in their
absolute discretion including without limitation a form of waiver or release with respect to acceptance or usage of the Prize, or any liability arising out of or in relation to the Prize or this Promotion.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 The winner will be drawn from the national pool of entries received. The draw will take place at the offices of MNet Mobile Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide SA 5000, on Monday 5 August at 10.00am AEST. The competition is a game of chance.
5.2 Winner will be notified by telephone before 5.00pm on Wednesday 7 August 2013, the winner will be notified in writing and their name published in The Australian newspaper on Monday 12 August 2013.
5.3 Subject to State government legislation an unclaimed prize draw from all non-winning entries will take place at MNet Mobile Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide SA 5000 on Tuesday 5 November 2013 at 10.00am AEDT. Winners will be notified by phone call within 2 days of the draw and a letter advising winners of their prize will also be mailed out, winners details will be published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 11 November 2013.
5.4 The decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.5 Incomprehensible and illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel, modify or suspend the competition. If, due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter is unable to provide the stated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize, subject to government legislation.
6.2 Neither Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Myer, the Sponsors and its franchisees and their associated agencies and companies will take any responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 Neither Seven Network (Operations) Limited and affiliates, Myer and their associated employees, agencies and companies associated with this promotion will be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim, damages, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this promotion and/or its prizes that may occur:
a) during the draw;
b) whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the competition; or
c) in the participation in any prize;
d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
e) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
f) in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;
g) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion
h) due to circumstances outside the promoter’s reasonable control.
6.4 The Promoter reserves the right to reasonably amend or vary these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, orally or in writing, for the purpose of Seven’s programming, scheduling or production requirements.
6.5 The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
6.6 Seven Network (Operations) Limited and the Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available, subject to government legislation.
6.7 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to government legislation.
