YOURLifeChoices website strives to provide the most up-to-date information and benefits for those who are either approaching retirement or in retirement, as well as their families. But we can only do this if we know what you want.
We’re keen to learn the areas in which you are most interested in receiving member benefits. This may mean discount vouchers, giveaways or special member events and offers. So, if you have a spare minute, perhaps you might be interested in sharing your views in our short survey. And as you know, we never ask for anything without giving something in return. 1.This promotion commences 10.00am July 22 2013 until 11.59pm August 11 2013 on
www.yourlifechoices.com.au, and through associated enewsletters.
2.The Promoter is YOURLifeChoices, Indigo Arch Pty Ltd, ABN: 89 774 502 968 PO Box 1150N, Armadale, VIC Australia 3143.
3.This is a game of skill. The winner is also required to answer a specific question – "What other member benefits would you like to receive?". The best answer to the question will be chosen as the winner by a judging panel chosen by YOURLifeChoices website.4.The prize winner will be contacted by the Promoter via email and phone in the week commencing Monday August 12 2013 to the email address provided in the entry.
5.Three (3) attempts over a 2 week period will be made to contact the prize winner. If the prize remains unclaimed after 14 days, the judging panel will choose a secondary prize winner on 30 August 2013.
6.Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
7.You must include your email to enter the competition. Entering the competition also adds your details to the YOURLifeChoices.com.au subscriber list and you will receive regular eNewsletters, offers and promotions from YOURLifeChoices.
8.In accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed. Winners grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
9.The prize winner agrees they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
10.It is a condition of accepting the prize that the prize winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and Prize Supplier’s requirements.
11.To enter this competition you must be a resident of Australia.
12.Employees and immediate family of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
