1. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 13 years or over. Employees (and their immediate family members) of Australian Geographic Retail and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
2. Entry is only valid if all mandatory fields on the entry form are completed, and entrant’s email address is verified.
3. The competition closes 2300 AEDT on 11/08/2013. Prize will be judged on 25/08/2013 at Australian Geographic Retail Pty Ltd of Level 1, 71 Ridge Street, Gordon NSW 2072 and the winner will be notified by email and/or phone.
4. One entry permitted per person.
5. Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Australian Geographic reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency, proof of age at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency, age and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Australian Geographic. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
7. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
