The Promotion commences at 11:01am AEST on 6 August 2013 and closes at 16.59pm AEST on 20 September 2013 (Promotion Period).
Entry is open to any Australian resident aged 13 years or older (Entrant). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter.
To enter the Promotion, Entrants must “Like” the She’s Electric Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/ShesElectricOfficial then accurately complete an online entry form on the She’s Electric Facebook page and submit it so that it is received during the Promotion Period (Entry).
Entrants may only enter the Promotion once during the Promotion Period. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promotion database. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period.
By accepting the terms and conditions upon entering the promotion you are automatically entered into our email database.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing products will not help your chances of winning.
The total Prize Pool is valued at $500.00. There is one (1) Prize in total valued at $500.00 and includes a $500.00 voucher to www.sheselectric.com.
The Prize Draw will be conducted at 12.00pm AEST on 25 September 2013 at 3/145 William St, Darlinghurst, New South Wales. The Prize Winner will be the first valid Entry drawn. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
The Winner will be notified by telephone within five (5) business days of the Prize Draw, will receive written confirmation within twenty-one days and their name will be published in The Australian  newspaper on 3 October 2013. In their written confirmation, winners will be provided with details of how to claim their Prize and the date by which they must claim their Prize (Prize Claim Date). Winners may need to provide sufficient identification in order to claim their Prize.
If the Prize is unclaimed by the Prize Claim Date, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, the Promoter may conduct a further draw on 7 January 2013 at the same time and location as the Prize Draw, in order to distribute the unclaimed Prize (Unclaimed Prize Draw). In the case of a winner, they will be notified by telephone within two days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw, receive written confirmation within twenty-one days and their names will be published in The Australian newspaper on 14 January 2013.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the Entry process including the use of any form of automated entry device or software.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of the Promotion or taking the Prize.
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
