Terms and Conditions

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry by each entrant.
Entry is open to residents of Australia over 18 years, who enter the promotion in the required manner
Employees of Flight Centre Limited, their immediate families and employees of affiliated partners are not permitted to enter.
Duration of promotional period

The competition commences at 9:00am AEST Monday, 5 August 2013.
The competition closes at 11:59pm AEST on Friday, 6 September 2013.
How to enter

Eligible entrants can enter the promotion in any of the following ways:
Persons who visit www.travel-associates.com.au/celebrity-experience can complete an entry form online for this promotion. In order to enter the promotion the entrant must also tick the box to authorise email subscription
OR
Persons who do not already 'like' www.facebook.com/travelassociatesAU must go to www.facebook.com/travelassociatesAU and press the 'like' button. The competition must then be entered by filling in the online entry form and ticking the box and agreeing to become an email subscriber. Entry is via the “Celebrity Experience” application.
OR
Persons who currently 'like' www.facebook.com/travelassociatesAU must go to www.facebook.com/travelassociatesAU, complete the online entry form for this competition and tick the box to authorise email subscription.
The following will not be permitted entry into the draw: iv.   The referrer email address where the referred email address/es are not a valid email address format and/or an existing email address. v.   ii. The referrer email address where spam software has been utilised to generate referral email address entries. vi.   The referrer email address where referred email address/es have been submitted multiple times from a unique referrer email address.
In order to subscribe to the Travel Associates email newsletter and complete a valid entry form, eligible entrants will be required to provide their full name, current and valid email address, state, mobile number, and postcode. Eligible entrants must remain subscribed for the duration of the Promotional Period.
Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoters. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, illegible, incomprehensible or offensive entries will be deemed invalid. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the promotional period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
Any costs associated with accessing the Promotional Websites remain the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on the Internet Service Provider used.
Participants can only enter the competition once. In the case of multiple entries only the first entry will be deemed valid.
Draw details

This is a game chance.
The winners will be chosen by a random electronic draw.
There will be six (6) winners in total - one (1) major prize and five (5) minor prizes. There is also an opportunity for the major prize winner to win an additional prize as follows: o   If they shared the competition on Facebook at the time of entry they will receive a $500 onboard credit on Celebrity Solstice
The winner will be drawn at 11:00am on Monday, 9 September 2013 at Level 2, Flight Centre Head Office, 545 Queen Street, Brisbane QLD 4000.
The winner will be notified by phone and email by 12:00pm on Tuesday, 10 September 2013 and the result will be published on www.travel-associates.com.au by 5:00pm on Friday, 13 September 2013 and in The Australian on Saturday, 21 September 2013.
The winner has until 5:00pm on Friday, 20 September 2013 to claim the prize. Although every effort will be made to contact the prize winner, should the determination of an alternative winner be necessary, the alternative winner will be determined by 11:00am on Monday, 23 September 2013 at Level 2, Flight Centre Head Office, 545 Queen Street, Brisbane QLD 4000.
The winner of any unclaimed prize will be notified by phone and email by 3:00pm on Tuesday, 24 September 2013 and the result will be published on www.travel-associates.com.au by 5:00pm on Thursday, 26 September 2013 and in The Australian on Saturday, 6 October 2013.
Weekly prize draws of a bottle of Veuve Clicquot champagne will take place at Level 2, Flight Centre Head Office, 545 Queen Street, Brisbane QLD 4000 on the following days:

Prize details

There will be one (1) major prize. Details are as follows:
MAJOR PRIZE

The major prize consists of all of the following:
Two (2) x tickets to Honolulu with Hawaiian Airlines from Brisbane or Sydney. The prize is subject to the following:
Non-transferable/non exchangeable/non replaceable/non upgradeable/non changeable. Further fare rules may apply
Winner needs to be at least 18yrs of age
The prize winner and their guest must travel together and share the same itinerary.
Seats are subject to availability.
Entire travel must be completed by 7 May 2014

Travel dates need to be booked and ticketed within 30 days of receiving the prize

TOTAL VALUE OF ALL PRIZES IS $9,662.00 AUD

The following are not included as part of the prizes: all other out of pocket expenses including additional meals, beverages, laundry services, spending money, transfers, optional excursions, tipping, passports, visas and all other ancillary costs not expressly provided, as well as the costs of obtaining any of these. These are the responsibility of the Prize Winner and their travel companion/s.
Winners must take the prizes as offered. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, credit or foreign exchange and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Negotiation with Travel Associates will not be entered into.

The winners consent to the use of their name, suburb of residence and image for promotional and marketing purposes and agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the Promoter.

purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;

the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
