Terms and Conditions of Entry
“Win an ENJO Essentials Pack" (Promotion)
1. The promoter is Mum’s Grapevine Pty Ltd of PO Box 174, Elwood VIC 3184. ABN: 93
759 198 495 (Promoter).
2. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Conditions of Entry.
Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
3. All Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter can rely on these Terms even if the
Promoter only learns of a person’s ineligibility after the Promoter has awarded a
Prize to the ineligible person. Return of a prize or payment of its equivalent value to
the Promoter may be required by the Promoter if this occurs.
4. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over who are subscribed to
the Mum’s Grapevine Sales Alert Newsletter excluding:
a) management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its
related bodies corporate, firms or companies associated with the promotion
(including suppliers of prizes);
b) a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person
referred to in paragraph 4(a) of these Terms;
c) persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any promotion run
by or on behalf of the Promoter;
d) persons who have won prizes with a singular or total value of $2,000 and over
from the Promoter in the last 12 months.
(Eligible Entrants). The persons referred to in paragraph 4(b) of these Terms
includes natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the Promoter) and
the Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible
Entrant in its absolute discretion.
5. The Promotion commences on 7th August 2013 at 00:01 pm (AEST) and
concludes on 30th August 2013 at 11:59 pm (AEST) (Promotion Period).
HOW TO ENTER
6. Eligible Entrants must be or become a subscriber to Mum’s Grapevine
newsletters. To subscribe, visit
www.mumsgrapevine.com.au and complete the
subscription form including entering a valid email address and postcode.

7. To be eligible to win a prize, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period,
complete the following elements by visiting the competition page at

(Mandatory Elements)
8. Following completion of the Mandatory Elements, the Eligible Entrant will be
awarded with one (1) entry into the draw.
9. Eligible Entrants who have completed at least one (1) of the Mandatory
Elements, will get the opportunity to earn up to ten (10) extra entries (Bonus
Entry) by referring friends to enter the Promotion. The Eligible Entrant can refer
friends via the Rafflecopter widget that appears on the Competition Page
(Invitation). For each Invitation that results in an Eligible Entry using the Eligible
Entrant’s unique link, the Eligible Entrant will receive one (1) Bonus Entry.
10. To be eligible to claim a prize, Eligible Entrants must be Subscribers at the time
of the prize being awarded. For the sake of clarity, Eligible Entrants who have
unsubscribed from Mum’s Grapevine newsletters are ineligible to claim the
prize.
11. Eligible Entrants who have not completed all of the Mandatory Elements as
outlined in clause 7 will be ineligible for entry into the draw.
12. Incomplete entries or those that contain defamatory comments are ineligible
to win.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any
reason during the Promotion Period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late
or misdirected entries. The Promoter does not warrant that the entry
mechanism will be available at all times during the Promotion Period.
14. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or
electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter the Promotion
repeatedly is prohibited and will render entries submitted using such means
invalid.
15. Any costs associated with accessing the Promotion website are the entrant’s
responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider used. Eligible
Entrants must submit their entries manually using an internet browser.
16. Entries are deemed accepted at the time of receipt in the Promoter’s
database and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete, or incomprehensible
entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or
misdirected entries.
DRAWS & PRIZES
17. A random electronic prize draw will take place on 2nd September at 10am
(AEST) at Mum’s Grapevine Studio 1, 3C Vale Street, St Kilda, VIC, 3182 (Draw
Location) from all entries received during the Promotion Period (Draw).
18. The first valid entry drawn in the Draw will an ENJO Essentials Pack valued at
$699 (Prize). The Prize includes:

19. The Prize, or any part thereof, is not transferable and is not redeemable for
cash. If any element of the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter and Prize Supplier
reserve the right to supply the winner with an alternative element of equal
value.
20. Prize value is RRP, GST inclusive, in Australian dollars and was correct at time of
publishing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in Prize
value.
21. The total Prize pool is $699 (inc. GST).
22. The Draw winner will be notified by email within two (2) days of the draw and
their details will be published on the Competition Page within seven (7) days of
the draw. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be
entered into.
23. The Prize will be delivered to the address supplied by the winner to the
Promoter.
REDRAW
24. If the winner does not claim the Prize by 4th December 2013, an unclaimed
prize draw will take place at the Draw Location on that day at 2:00 pm (AEST)
(Re-Draw). The Re-Draw winner, if any, will be notified by email and will be
published on the Competition Page within seven (7) days of the draw.
VERIFICATION
25. If requested by the Promoter, Eligible Entrants must produce, within the time
requested by the Promoter at its absolute discretion appropriate photo
identification or other documentation, required by the Promoter to verify their
identity, age, eligibility to enter the Promotion and claim a Prize (if drawn) and
compliance with these Terms.
26. If the items required by the Promoter are not received or an entrant has not
been verified to the satisfaction of the Promoter within the time period required
by the Promoter, the entry(s) submitted by the entrant will be deemed as
invalid. Prize will only be awarded following all validation and verification
requirements of the Promoter being met to its satisfaction
27. The Promoter reserves the right to select alternate winner/s if it determines in its
sole discretion that the winner/s do not adequately satisfy these terms and
conditions.
28. Eligible Entrants may only enter in their own name.
29. The Promoter reserves the right to change the dates of the Promotion if
required. If for any reason the Promotion is incapable of being run as planned,
including due to infection by infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering,
unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the
Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity
or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its
absolute discretion to take any action that may be available to it, including
cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion. Notice of any
changes to the Promotion will be given at

with the entry mechanism in any way, engages in any unlawful or improper
conduct which jeopardises or is likely to jeopardise the fair or proper conduct
of the Promotion, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will
be ineligible to receive a Prize or enter further promotions run by the Promoter.
31. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Once submitted, your entry
will not be returned to you. By entering the promotion, Eligible Entrants
acknowledge that the Promoter is granted a worldwide, non-exclusive,
irrevocable licence in perpetuity to reproduce, publish, adapt, communicate
and broadcast all or part of their entry in any media for the purposes of this
competition and inclusion in the Promoters products and marketing materials.
32. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment of any
kind will not increase your chances of winning. This promotion is in no way
sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. We
hereby release Facebook of any liability. You understand that you are
providing your information to Mum’s Grapevine and not to Facebook.
33. The Promoter and its promotional partners will use the personal information
contained in your entry to conduct the promotion, and award the prize. If you
win a prize, the Promoter can use your name to credit you for your entry and
for marketing purposes. The Promoter’s privacy policy can be viewed at

entrants consent to the storage of their personal information on the Promoter’s
database and the Promoter may use this information for future competition
and marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the
entrant via electronic messaging. The Promoter is bound by the National
Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. Entrants can request access to the
personal information the Promoter holds about them by contacting the
Promoter at their address stated in Clause 1 of these Terms.
