How to enter and conditions of entry:
1.Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. This offer is open to all Australian residents who are registered holders of a Priceline Sister Club card. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Participants under the age of 18 must first seek permission from their parent or legal guardian.
4. The competition commences on 31/07/2013 at 12:00:00AM, and concludes on 12/08/2013 at 12:00:00PM (promotional period). All times are AEDT.
5. To qualify for and to be entered into this promotion by the Promoter the Priceline Sister Club member must have a valid email address to which Priceline can send a Priceline email.
The entry mechanic process:
6. Sister Club members with email addresses capable of receiving emails from the Promoter will be sent an email on 31/01/2013 notifying them of the competition. In order to enter they will need to click a link on the email that will direct them to an exterior landing page on Priceline.com.au.
7. Entrants are required to answer the question outlined in the email: “In 25 words or less tell us why you’d love to win a VIP experience at the 30 Days of Fashion and Beauty launch party.”
8. To enter the competition entrants are required to write their name, email address, phone number and Sister Club membership number on the online form.
9. It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their details, including their phone number, email address and Priceline Sister Club membership details are correct and up to date.
10. By accepting these terms and conditions, card holders consent to have their details updated with any new information provided for this competition. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.
11. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the participant
How the winner will be determined and notified:
12. The judging will take place at Priceline Pty Ltd, 250 Camberwell Road, Camberwell, VIC 3124, on 12/08/2013 at 12PM AEST.
13. The winning entry will be judged on creativity and originality and is subject to the discretion of the judging panel.
14. The major prize draw winner will be notified by phone and/or email on 13/08/2013 and name of the winner will be published on
www.priceline.com.au.
15. If the prize is not claimed by 12PM EST on 16/08/2013 the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further judging at 4pm AEST on 16/08/2013 at the same location as the original judging as are necessary to distribute the prize.
16. If further judging takes place at 4PM AEST on 16/08/2013 the Prize Winner will be notified by telephone and/or email by 5PM that day.
17. If any redrawn prize is not claimed by 5PM AEST on 21/08/2013 the prize will be forfeited.
18. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be judged individually on merit. No correspondence will be entered into.
Prize for the winning entrant:
19. The prize consists of the following for one winner and their chosen companion:
a.) Return flights from the winner’s nearest capital city anywhere in Australia to Sydney and airport transfers in Sydney
b.) Overnight accommodation for one night at The Sheraton on Wednesday 28th August for two people sharing a double room
c.) Breakfast for two the following day at The Sheraton
d.) Hair and make-up for the winner and their companion before the event
e.) A taxi to and back from event/hotel
f.) X2 VIP tickets to The 30 Days of Fashion & Beauty party at which includes a meet-and-greet with 30 Days Ambassador Jesinta Campbell
20.The prize will be overseen by Res Publica PTY LTD, Level 6, 7 Macquarie Place, NSW, 2000 and arranged through a third party travel provider.
21. The winner must take their prize on 28/08/2013
22. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years at the time of claiming the major prize, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or legal guardian on behalf of the prize winner.
23. Other costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included, including other transport, accommodation, services, clothing and other ancillary costs associated with attending any event or activity.
24.The prize cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoter who may at their sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason.
General Provision:
25. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any eligible entrant where the Promoter believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
26. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not be able to participate in the promotion. All personal information collected will be dealt with in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at
www.priceline.com.au. The Promoter will not disclose this information to anyone other than contractors who provide services to the Promoter for the purposes of conducting this promotion unless compelled or permitted by law.
27. The contact details of the winning entry may be passed onto a third party for prize notification and fulfillment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related companies will not accept liability or claims relating to or in connection with this promotion, including, but not limited to, death or injury to any person or loss of property, and any change in value of the prize occurring between the publishing date and the date the prizes are claimed.
