Fleur-De-Fab Competition – Tourists

No purchase is necessary to participate.
Eligibility
‘Fleur-De-Fab Carnival Competition – Tourists’ is conducted by Toowoomba Carnival of
Flowers. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By
entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision
to participate in the Promotion and to take a prize if they are drawn as a winner.
All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter, form part of these
Terms and Conditions
To enter, you must be at least 18 years of age and must be an Australian Resident. You must
not be a resident of Toowoomba, Queensland, or live within a 50km radius of Toowoomba,
Queensland.
Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers employees and their immediate family members are not
eligible. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents and children.
Entry
Entry to the Promotion commences at 9:00 on 09.08.2013 and closes at 23:00 on
08.09.2013. All times are stated using the 24 hour clock. 00:00hrs is the start of the day and
24:00hrs is the end of the day.
Participants must enter details into every mandatory field of the registration form.
Participants must tell the Promoter in 25 words or less in the appropriate entry field why they
want to come to Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers.
Prize Draw
For the avoidance of doubt, Participants may only enter once.
The Judges will award the major and minor prizes to the Participants responsible for text that
is deemed to be the most unique based on creative merit.
The judging will begin on 09.09.2013 and conclude on 10.09.2013. The prizes will be
awarded on 11.09.2013 and winners will be notified via email, phone or mail within 7 days of
the prizes being awarded.
First Prize - three (3) to give away

The winners must redeem their prize/s between the dates of 20 – 22 September 2013.

Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered. We retain
sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
Rights
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event
they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for
an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion
(including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or
supplied by the Promoter.
