TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following Terms & Conditions apply for the spirit “Airnorth Broome Holiday Giveaway” promotion to be run on-air between Monday, 12th August 2013 and Friday, 6th September 2013.
The final prize winner will be announced on the SPIRIT on Monday, 9th September 2013.

Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within the radio promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 and over. Photo identification and bank account details will be required for collection of the prize (if necessary and requested by the Promoter).
Employees of REDWAVE MEDIA PTY LTD, WEST AUSTRALIAN NEWSPAPERS LTD GROUP and their subsidiaries and immediate families, other ASSOCIATED SPONSORS and their immediate families, agents, sponsors or any persons connected with devising or promotion of this competition are ineligible to enter.
All entrants will receive special offers from Airnorth, Australia’s Northwest, Moonlight Bay Suites and Matso’s Brewery. All entrants:

METHOD OF ENTRY
This is a competition of chance that gives listeners the opportunity to go into the draw for one of two Major Prize.
Listeners who fill out the online entry form on the SPIRIT website (hosted at
www.spiritradio.com.au) and answer the two questions about Airnorth will have the opportunity to have their name picked to go into the Major Prize draw.
Listeners will need to enter their contact details in the online entry form in order to be placed in the draw to win the Major Prize.
Online (website) entries are the only form of entry accepted for this competition.
Entries will only be accepted through the online mechanism until 6am on Friday, 6thth September 2013.
Each online entrant can enter their details once per day for the duration of the promotion.
Listeners who enter the competition agree to SPIRIT using their contact details for an indefinite period for the purposes of promotional purposes.
It is a condition of entry of this competition that the all entrants must agree to these Terms & Conditions before being eligible for the Major Prize. To agree entrants must tick the terms and conditions box to be eligible for entry.
The listener declares that the information provided on the entry form is true and correct at the date of entering.
The listener consents to the use by West Australian Newspapers Limited (WAN) and its related corporations (as defined by the Corporations Act 2001) of the listener’s details and acknowledges that WAN and its related corporations, may, at its discretion disclose and use those details for the purpose of providing you with goods or services, communicating with you, planning, research, product and business development and sales, the promotion and marketing (whether target, direct or indirect) of their businesses, services or products or those of a third party which we believe may be of benefit to you. MAJOR PRIZE DRAW
The Major Prize draw will be conducted at between 7am and 9am on Monday, 9th September 2013 and the winner will be announced on SPIRIT on that same day. The winner will be chosen at random, by SPIRIT.
The judge’s decision is final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.
MAJOR/DAILY PRIZE DETAILS AND CONDITIONS
1. There are two prizes to be given away at the end of the promotion. Each prize package is for two people and includes
1.2 one (1) prize of return flights from Karratha to Broome flying with Airnorth, four nights’ accommodation at Moonlight Bay Suites in a Run-of-House Room, 4 pack of Matso’s Beer on arrival and $100 Matso’s voucher to use during their stay. Prize package is valued at $3963.70
1.3 one (1) prize of return flights from Porth Hedland to Broome flying with Airnorth, four nights’ accommodation at Moonlight Bay Suites in a Run-of-House Room, 4 pack of Matso’s Beer on arrival and $100 Matso’s voucher to use during their stay. Prize package is valued at $3810.98
2. Each prize package must be booked and used before 30 September, 2014. Travel period excludes all West Australian public and school holidays and all dates over the 2014 Broome Cup Racing Carnival and the 2014 Ord Valley Muster/Kimberley Moon Experience. Travel is subject to availability. Booking is essential.
3. If the winner is unable to travel within the specified dates, the prize will be forfeited; dates and vouchers cannot be extended.
4. Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. All applicable government taxes, surcharges and levies must be paid by the winners.
6. Travel insurance is not included. Any additional costs incurred will be at the expense of the winner including all other meals and other transfers. Transfers to and from Karratha, Port Hedland and Broome Airports are not included in the prize.
7. The winner and their guest(s) must travel together on the same flight. All costs associated with changes to flight and accommodation details once booked are the responsibility of the winner.
8. Prize Packages are subject to the terms and conditions of participating service providers.
9. Additional Prize terms and conditions:
a. Travel must be completed by the expiry date, no travel date extension will be provided
b. Winner will receive a Prize Airfare Voucher and a separate Prize Accommodation Voucher both containing unique voucher ID numbers that must be quoted respectively when making prize flight and accommodation bookings. Winners are responsible for booking their prizes separately with both Airnorth and Moonlight Bay Suites by contacting:

c. Prizes are to be booked no later than five business days prior to travel.
d. Prize flights are subject to availability in prize booking class, and will be advised by Airnorth / Moonlight Bay Suites at time of booking.
e. Prize accommodation is subject to availability at time of booking.
f. A “no show” will constitute a voluntary forfeit of the prize airfare and/or accommodation
g. Once booked, any prize airfare changes will incur the following applicable change fees:
1) $44 date change fee per person
2) $77 name change fee per person.
h. Changes inside of 48 hours of travel are not permitted.
i. Prize flights offered are subject to any applicable schedule change.

11) If the Major Prize winner is under the age of 18 years, that winner must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to collect their prize.
PRIZE POLICY
SPIRIT has a 30 day prize policy. If you have won a prize in the past 30 days, your entry will not be considered until 30 days has lapsed from the date you won your last prize.
USE OF PHOTOS etc
All contestants acknowledge that it is a condition of entry that SPIRIT has the right to publicise their names, characters, likeness or voices for any promotion or matter incidental to the competition. The winner may also be required by SPIRIT to participate in a photo, video and/or film session and acknowledges that SPIRIT has the right to use such publicity photos, video and/or films in any medium/website and in any reasonable manner it sees fit.
It is a condition of entering this competition that contestants consent to their telephone and other conversations with SPIRIT being broadcast on air.
INDEMNITY
All contestants release from and indemnify SPIRIT and REDWAVE MEDIA PTY LTD (ACN 083 553 860), against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in this competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury, accident or death and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to any negligent act or omission or otherwise.
The Promoter and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion.
MISCELLANEOUS
The Major Prize winner will be contacted via telephone to redeem their prize. The Promoter will make every attempt to contact the winner; if however a winner is not contactable on the phone number provided on their entry coupon by the Tuesday after their name has been drawn, the winner will be sent a letter. If the winner doesn’t contact the promoter within a week of the date of this letter being sent, the winner will forfeit their prize.
SPIRIT reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time throughout the promotion.
SPIRIT and REDWAVE MEDIA PTY LTD will not be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond their reasonable control any element of any prize is not provided.
In all matters, all decisions of SPIRIT staff will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who the Promoter believes has breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct. The Promoter has legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender.
The Promoter’s decision is final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter also reserves the right to limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice.
