By taking part in this competition you agree to be a motherpedia subscriber and the following terms and conditions:

1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

2. Promotion commences on Sunday 18th August 2013 and closes at midnight on Saturday, August 31, 2013 (AEST).

3. The competitions are open to all residents of Australia who are over the age of 18 years, except employees of the promoter and members of their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion.

4. To enter the competition, entrants must be a motherpedia subscriber and tell us in 25 words or less what their favourite type of coffee is and why (incomplete, illegible and inappropriate entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging).

5. Judging will take place at motherpedia.com.au, Suite 2, Level 11, 66 Hunter Street, Sydney. The winners will be announced on motherpedia.com.au and notified by email. Each entry via the form will be individually judged based on originality, creative merit and alignment with the competition entry theme.

6. All competition winners must:

a)     Agree to have their entry featured on motherpedia.com.au

b)     Provide contact details when making a comment in the forum to allow for prize delivery and communication with motherpedia.com.au in relation to the competition

7.     The judges’ decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.   The competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.

9.   The entrant’s entry must be original and must not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights. Motherpedia.com.au reserves the right to seek a declaration from any entrant that their entry complies with this clause.

13.   In the event that for any reason whatsoever a prize winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by motherpedia.com.au, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner. If the prize is forfeited within twenty four business hours of the notification taking place, a re-judging will occur immediately.

14.   Any costs associated with accessing motherpedia.com.au are the responsibility of the person seeking access and are dependent on the internet service provider used.

15.   All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by motherpedia.com.au, not time of transmission by the entrant. Motherpedia.com.au accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
